Upon arrival, we got room 225. Room key would not work and outside light was out. We tried to call, but no answer. My wife walked down to the office and they gave us room 231. Room 231 hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding was on the floor and keys were left from past occupants. We tried to call again with no answer. I walked down to the office and the guy behind the counter walked with me back up to see the room condition. He apologized and we looked at room 233. Room 233 had a bad marijauna smell, so we went to room 233. This room had some water damaged to the ceiling, but we were tired of changing rooms. When I went to lock the door, the door was warped and wouldn’t bolt lock. We had enough and left. When we tried to get our money back, they said we didn’t complain so we got screwed. Expedia said contact the hotel. We paid Expedia for the room and didn’t think we should contact the hotel, as we already had to contact them about the rooms. I guess that’s not complaining. Done with these vacation brokers

You get what you pay for. If you want a lot of options for breakfast, pay more money some place else. If you want an updated shower, pay more money some place else. This Super 8 gets the job done and is affordable. The room was plenty clean and the beds comfortable. It was all we needed for our weekend at NCCAR and the staff were friendly. If you want more, pay more.

We killed 4 roaches, found black mold, and a dirty refrigerator, microwave, and walls. I sent messages through a text I was told to reply to if we needed anything. I did not receive the first reply. I would have gone back and forth to the office, but my disability restricts such.

Smelling clean.

It was so clean the chemicals burned my wife's nostrils through the night. It was well disinfected. The buildings nicely renovated. It is a little hiddened if you don't have gps but behind a Shell station so you can fill up.
