In Pays d'Apt et des ocres, near Apt, Roussillon, Gordes, Saint-Saturnin d'Apt, Bonnieux, Lacoste, in a quiet countryside setting (cultivated fields and a few houses) and facing the Luberon, you will enjoy 'a house freshly built in a typical Provencal spirit! You will have a magnificent view of the Grand Luberon from the covered terrace (large table and benches to take your meals there: direct access to the kitchen) or the pergola (lounge chairs to make the most of the sun) but also the swimming pool ( sunbathing) and its pool house!
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms nicely furnished and decorated, with large bedding, 2 bathrooms (bath and walk-in shower) with WC each, a large living room with a dining area (Provençal furniture painted and patinated ), a lounge area (a convertible sofa, a Provencal daybed, TV 82 cm flat screen satellite receiver, French and foreign channels) and American kitchen with super-equipped pass-through (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, large multifunction pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, small household appliances), a laundry room, a garage and a large POOL, facing south (just for you!) gradual slope for the pleasure of young and old! You can relax on its indoor bench with nozzles and in the shade of its brand new pool house. For you also a large CLOS flat and planted plot (cypress, cherry trees, lavender, rosemary, rose bushes, rock rose and other Mediterranean plants).

schöne Unterkunft, aber leider Kakerlakenbefall - Blatta orientalis / cafard oriental

Wir, zwei Paare, haben in diesem Ferienhaus 10 NĂ€chte verbracht. VĂ©ronique ermöglichte uns eine kontaktlose Anreise zu einer spĂ€ten Uhrzeit. Sie antwortet immer und schnell auf Nachrichten. Sie informierte uns vorab gut ĂŒber das Anwesen und die Nutzung des Pools. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und wir konnten problemlos einchecken. Das Ferienhaus und der Garten entsprechen den Fotos. Hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Aussicht, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die ausgesprochen umfangreiche KĂŒchenausstattung. - Leider haben wir wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts feststellen mĂŒssen, dass es nicht nur im Pool, sondern auch im Haus SchĂ€dlinge gibt. Wir informierten daraufhin die Vermieterin ĂŒber die gesichteten orientalischen Kakerlaken (auch bekannt als Gemeine KĂŒchenschabe). Wir wiesen auf die gesundheitliche Gefahr fĂŒr Kinder und Allergiker hin, die möglicherweise in Zukunft in dem Haus wohnen werden. Uns wurde schlicht geantwortet, wir befĂ€nden uns auf dem Land und dort gibt es KĂ€fer und Insekten und dass diese normal sind. Das war mir natĂŒrlich klar, ich bin gerne auf dem Land und erkenne Insekten sehr gut. Daraufhin schickte ich Fotos von einigen Exemplaren (auf der KĂŒchenarbeitsplatte, im Pool, an TĂŒrrahmen). Ich war mir sicher, nun mĂŒsste die Gastgeberin einlenken und sich diesem Problem ernsthaft annehmen, denn die Bilder lassen keinen Zweifel offen. Doch erneut sagte sie, das seien keine Schaben und verwies auf normale Insekten auf dem Land. Sie gab an bei der Reinigung keine einzige Kakerlake gesehen zu haben, obwohl wir extra die toten Tiere im Pool und auf dem Boden des Hauses liegen ließen. Nun war ich aufgebracht, denn es ging mir nicht darum Geld zurĂŒck zu bekommen, sondern darum zukĂŒnftige Mieter zu schĂŒtzen. Daher kann und möchte ich nicht mehr als zwei Sterne vergeben. - Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, Lebensmittel geschlossen zu halten, jeden Abend den MĂŒll wegzubringen und prĂŒfen Sie Ihre Koffer intensiv vor der Abreise. Ich fand nachts eine Schabe in meinem Kulturbeutel. Wir können nur hoffen, dass wir keine mitgenommen haben. - Schade, dass VĂ©ronique nur unangekĂŒndigt einmal wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts am Zaun vorbeikam. Zu dem Zeitpunkt, wussten wir noch nicht um das Ausmaß der Problematik und ich als Ansprechpartner war nicht zugegen, um das persönliche GesprĂ€ch zu suchen. - Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit in der Provence, hĂ€tten uns aber gewĂŒnscht, dass unser Hinweis verantwortungsbewusster aufgenommen wird.

Objekt ist ĂŒberzahlt

Eigentlich ein schönes Objekt, gute Fernsicht auf Luberon, schöne blĂŒhende Rosen und viel Rosmarin im Garten. Aber das Haus ist mit deutlich ĂŒberzahlt. Die Einrichtung (alles ein bisschen auf alt) ist Geschmacksache. Aber dem Haus fehlt die gute Seele, die Aufmerksamkeit, zu viele Details sind nicht sorgfĂ€ltig (z.B. Espresso-Maschine gemĂ€ss Beschreibung hat gefehlt, was haben wir gesucht... :-). Zu dem Preis empfehlen wir das Objekt nicht.

Vue magnifique sur le Luberon

Le temps était un peu frais et l'eau de la piscine à peine à 15°C, nous avons cependant passé de trÚs bonnes vacances. La maison est spacieuse et la terrasse trÚs agréable. Les photos sont tout à fait représentatives de la propriété. La région est superbe en automne et les possibilités de randonnées, tours en vélo ou visites sont nombreuses. Gargas est bien situé pour visiter la région, tout en étant au calme.

Maison neuve bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable située au pied et au centre du grand Lubéron. Ravitaillement facile à Gargas (bonne boulangerie) sinon Apt est est à 3 pas. La piscine permet de se détendre. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la région.
