Magnificent fully conditioned villa near the beach of Gandía, near the fishing port and everything necessary for leisure and restoration, as well as for sports and water activities, is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, we also find a golf course very close, as well as easy access to transport services, buses, train, ferry, ...
It is an independent villa of 200m2 with two heights, on the ground floor (100m2) we can find a very large living room, a full independent bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with induction fire, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and all kinds of appliances and the trousseau needed for the stay On the ground floor there is also a large room with three beds of 1,50m..Magnifico fully conditioned villa near the beach of Gandía, near the fishing port and everything necessary for leisure and restoration, as well as for activities sports and water, is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, we also find a golf course very close, as well as easy access to transport services, buses, train, ferry, ...

Outside we find a terrace of 200 m2, with everything you need to enjoy a family day, barbecue area and a small private elevated pool to take away the summer heat as well as sun loungers to relax, as well as a parking area vehicles inside.

Genial para pasar unos dias con un grupo de amigos o familia
El alojamiento es espectacular en cuanto a superficie y distribución de la casa, además de estar perfectamente equipada. Sus propietarios son muy agradables y se han preocupado en todo momento de que la estancia sea de nuestro agrado.
