This time around it was not as good as the previous stay. Heater was not working properly 😒 we had a delay in checking in because of major problems with all the televisions in the hotel.

There are several little things that needed attention. Most importantly was the AC unit. The controller wasn’t working properly and the toilet paper holders were coming off the wall. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was stylish.

Pleasant and friendly front desk staff. Nice size suite w/excellent accessibility bars and tub seat in the bathroom. Good breakfast! Issues w/our accessible room were rectified once identified, but disappointing we had to bring it to their attn. Door lock was not re-programmed properly and checked to ensure safety - anyone could enter w/o a key card. Fortunately we discovered it before leaving the hotel after check in!! Auto window shade was not charged - required overnight charging w/electrical cord. TV went out for the entire hotel and we were not notified - staff was waiting for electrician to come and reboot the system. Cleaning was not performed on Day#2 as requested, even though desk mgr confirmed it was noted on their cleaning list. I think better communication btwn front desk manager and (cleaning) staff should be addressed.

Room was nice. No interaction with staff except to check in. He did not look professional and was kind of an air head. Noise from the trains was horrible. Why would Marriott put hotel in this location? We got no sleep. We also had a herd of elephants above us. Not a good experience here. Would never return here or recommend.
