Hotel still under construction? same as last year?? Elevator went dow for a few hours and we were on 4th floor!! I'm 74 not a good move! Inside door to lobby had to be manually opened as it was stuck in place!! Room was nice would have been better with actual thermostat rather than window side heater!

The motel is under construction renovation. Couldn’t get a hot breakfast. Our baby’s diaper bag was stolen . The kids couldn’t go swimming. Wish I knew ahead of time the motel was under renovation. I wouldn’t have booked there was a waste of money .

Under construction. Received a call while on my way to Gallup that the hotel was under construction. It was too late to cancel the reservation. The check out person was very rude. I asked her for a copy of the bill and she refused. I often stay at Hampton Inns. Horrible experience. Don’t stay here.

They were under major renovations, they need to get the elevator serviced, had to get your breakfast & take it back to your room, had some homeless people try to bother the guests, but the staff was great & got them to leave
