Paint peeling and falling on floor in bathroom. Vanity faucet sprayed all over countertops when turned on. Sink drain broken just laying in sink. Blinds on window broke and inoperative. Heat/AC unit made super loud noise like fan hitting all night Bad odor outside 2nd floor elevator

There was an average motel breakfast--bagels, pastries, cereal or waffles. The room was clean. Pillows were squares that were rather hard!

This property is ran down. Very poor shape. Desk chair was all torn. Peeling paint. Carpet was very old and dirty. One of the worst Baymont that I have ever been in. Time to update.

This hotel needs a deep clean. The carpet was disgusting, the sink sprayed out water in every direction but down. The water had a funky odor. One day there was no hot water. We were so grossed out by the bathroom, we didn't even take a shower. The housekeeper knocked at 8:30am for room cleaning, and we asked her to come back. She never did. We had left our dirty towels on the floor, so they were still there when we got back. They were people randomly walking around the parking lot making us feel uneasy about both our car in the lot and our first floor room adjacent to the parking lot. The sofa in the room was so dirty, grimy, I wouldn't even sit on it to put on my shoes. The bed had a thin blanket on it and four small (square shape) pillows on it. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. It was Homecoming and Family weekend at Knox, so the the two night stay totalled nearly $800 with the inflated room rates. Unbelievable for how filthy and uncomfortable the room was.
