New plumbing is needed. Shower was abysmal. Staff training was definitely needed but was occurring as we checked in. Just our luck to get the new girl who was just starting and making all the mistakes which caused lots of extra time for the process.
We only stayed one day and have stayed here several time sober last ten years because of its location staff is friendly and let us check in early.
Clean and comfortable room for the price. Was able to stay with my dog for an extra $10.00.
Staff response to air conditioning malfunction was not very positive. Clearly demonstrated being bothered and put out by complaint. We were moved to a third room that finally had a functioning unit. On another note there were remnants of smoke odors in some parts of the rooms and hallway in supposed nonsmoking areas
