Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, HDTVs, etc. Free dedicated parking lot.

Located in Gainesville's Historic Duckpond neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft easily accessible! Only ~2 miles to UF and ~1 mile to downtown Gainesville!



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

🚨 Our home has cast-iron piping that is quite sensitive. To keep everything running smoothly, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush "flushable" wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products (bins are provided for these). Please note that professional repair costs for clogs caused by these items will be the responsibility of the guest.



📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 6 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest

😴 Potential for noise: Sound may travel more in some areas of the house - light sleepers may be affected

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself

🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls in those days we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If you cancel outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
