Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station.

The room was large, clean, and good. It was very convenient to the International Conference Center, the Bayside Place (seafood) and the Umihanoyu hot spring bath. Two problems were 1. there was only 1 cup for two people and 2. the check-in was a little difficult.

They only have limited time on duty staff, and not helpful. The bed sheets and furnitures are dirty, lots of dust in the room. はじめて利用させていただきました。各ブースには金庫も備え付けられ、スーツケースはベッドの下に入るようになっていて限られたスペースでも思いの外広々と使えました。またベッドサイドの棚に色々と物が置けて便利でした。ブース内に鏡があるのも便利でしたが暗すぎてメイクはちょっとしにくかったです。朝食付きですが時間によって混んでいて座れません。パン美味しかったです。
