Hotel location is about 15mins walk to Hakata station. Counter staff is friendly and helpful, can speak good English. Pillow is hard and blanket not so comfortable. Overall experience is good.

Lovely trip to Hakata

Plenty of space for Japanese hotel. Loved having a washing machine and little kitchen. The hotel was a short walk from the main train station

The room is new and clean and with everything you need in the apartment. But please note no cleaning and no change of towels and bedding during the stay. You need to pay for extra cleaning. 10+ minutes’ walk to Hakata station may be a bit tough for some people with luggages but good news is affordable taxi fare at around 1400 yen from airport. To me, I did enjoy a bit walking to the hotel after big meal. Our room is on 6/F, a bit noisy as facing the road or maybe more windows than usual room. Not many restaurants around the hotel but lots of choice of food around Hakata station. I would like to stay in this hotel again and Hakata instead of Tenjin in my next visit as the shopping malls In Hakata are more organized than Tenjin and it is easier for transportation to/from other provinces in Fukuoka. It is amazed that there was a Christmas market in the plaza before the station and gorgeous light decorations starting from mid November.

Everything is perfect.

The room, it’s actually an small apartment, was perfect for my family of three. Staff are superb, room is clean and spacious and the amenities (bathroom and kitchen) are well equipped. It would be nice to have a dryer along with the laundry machine. Dream Inn would be my first choice to stay at Hakata. Thank you.

About 10-15minutes walk from Hakata station, there are a lot of convenient stores and restaurant nearby so you won't go hungry. It's next to two schools so it might be a bit noisy in the morning but it's not unbearable. The room is pretty clean. There's a proper fridge, microwave oven, kettle, gas stove, tableware, and washing machine are provided. Towels, toothbrushes, and shampoos are also provided. There's a balcony so it's useful to dry your wet clothes/towels.

Good location , fairly basic facilitie- there was no iron available to borrow and the drier did not dry clothes . Strangely it was not possible to watch TV from the sitting area bit only from the bed ( approaching typhoon and wanted to keep up to date) . The room is more than adequate but at the same price as a hotel room is possibly not such good value for money

Clean, reasonable rates, perfect location... More importantly, it's bigher than usual Japan hotel, very family friendly. It doesn't provide breakfast there are many choices around the place, abd you can find 7-11 everywhere.
