Onsen & breakfast were great. Fabulous view from our room of Mt. Fuji. You can get a free ticket to walk through the park from the train station to get to the hotel.

I would never ever stay here again! The staff was terrible. Not helpful at all. No one spoke English whatsoever even though it is supposed to be a bilingual hotel. All they would say is “I don’t know”. You are trapped unless you have a car there is no bus service and the concierge was never there. Their big claim is the onsen but it’s like Disneyland - I’m not going in if there’s 50 people ages 3-80 in it. Under 18 shouldn’t be there. Good was terrible and way overpriced. Their exclusive Japanese restaurant was poor quality and way overpriced. Just a really bad experience.
