Very comfortable!
Beautiful area and beautiful house. Super comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again. The hosts were always attentive to any questions.

A very pleasant stay in this peaceful accommodation, ideal for relaxing for a while.
The residence is fairly quiet, making it ideal for families. The private pool is a great asset, and the accommodation is very well equipped we lacked nothing at all. The residence's pool is beautiful with breathtaking views.
We had a dedicated parking space, which was very pleasant.
Perfectly located for visiting nearby towns like Malaga, Marbella, and Mijas, among others.
A great stay! However, I recommend having a car for greater comfort.

Beautiful!
The apartment was very beautiful and well cleaned. The swimming pool was tidy, and the view was amazing. The building was quiet, and the residents were friendly and polite. The staff responded well to messages and were helpful. We found shortcuts to the beach and the beach promenade.
The apartment is located on a steep uphill street.

It was an adventurous ride up
It was an adventurous ride up.., but a very complete and nice house. Good view. Nice pool. The larger pool was also nicely laid out. Everything was thought of in the house, so very complete. But had a nice holiday.
Maintenance could be a bit better, that's a shame.

Lovely place to be
Great location as we had a car but lift avaiable to get to estate
Very spacious as spilt on 3 levels with the pool on lower 4th level
The team at Vivi were great and we had a lovely view of the sea and was a nice central location with gated access and secure parking
WiFi was good and beds were comfortable with extra pillows and duvets in cupboard
Air con was lovely throughout as was hot outdoors
The community is very welcoming and the communal pool overlooking the sea was the highlight as spent evenings with kids swimming and playing in pool
Very close to miles of seafront
Locals all lovely so it’s not true what they say about tourists overall a very pleasant and secure stay would recommend for families as well as group of couples

Overall was lovely
We have stayed at La Roca before and know the area well. Four years ago, we also stayed in this house, but this time the experience was significantly worse. The splash pool was not ready upon our arrival on Sunday and could not be used until Tuesday. The area around the pool was covered in thick dust, which we had to hose off ourselves, and there were dead plants with cigarette butts as well as beer cans on the lawn. This created an uninviting and far from luxurious first impression. We were given only one set of keys and no key fob for the elevator to the beach, meaning we had to take a long detour – unacceptable, as all other houses at La Roca have elevator access. Despite contacting Vivi Homes daily during our 17-day stay, we never received extra keys or a key fob. In front of the house, there was major construction work, causing constant noise and dust. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, and even after several requests for a simple cutting board, we eventually had to buy one ourselves. In addition, there were no towels in any of the three bathrooms upon arrival.Based on these issues, we cannot recommend renting this house. La Roca is otherwise a lovely area, and we have previously had excellent stays in other houses here where everything worked well.
