Good

Very welcoming and comfortable! The bed was amazing and the room decor was stylish. The breakfast of blueberry French toast and sausages was delicious. The best part was Nick, the gentleman who runs the place. He was fun and helpful with all sorts of local tips. If you have the opportunity, stay here!

Highly recommend! Hillside House is beautifully situated. It’s an easy walk in to town but far enough away to be have a peaceful and quiet ambiance away from the bustle of the tourist town, Friday Harbor. Nick is engaging and welcoming as a host. Breakfast was delicious and filling! The deck provides a nice view of the harbor and a cozy and relaxing place to sit, read, or bring take out dinner in the eve. We rarely saw other guests, so felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Downside was our bathroom was across the hall From the room and a narrow checkin window. (They will accommodate a later arrival). Those were minor details and, overall, it is a really beautiful and enjoyable place to stay.

Nick is the worlds greatest chef/host/tour guide. Had an awesome time, thanks Nick. See you next year.

The proprietor is super friendly and makes good breakfasts. The location is convenient and quiet and has a good view and plenty of patio and living room space to hang out.

Clean,comfortable,friendly~ Breakfast super delicious

It was our first experience in a Bed and Breakfast. We're the only ones there so it was good. Nobody to share the bathroom with.🙂 Breakfast was home made. Our hosts were very hospitable. We really enjoyed talking with the lady of the house.
