Thank you i enjoy my stay been here about 2 months
We stayed here for 2 nights while we were in town from Sacramento. We stayed in room 200. It was 2 adults and 2 kids And second night the electricity kept going out. We stayed there Friday,Saturday and check out Sunday. Saturday night the ectricity start to go out. I called to notify the front desk and Derr at the front desk said someone will be up there to check it out but no one showed up. Next morning something the electric city kept going out. We weren't able to use the microwave,tv,coffee, iron, charge my laptop for work, charge phones ,charge kids tablets. We paid towards a comfortable stay and this place didn't provide it. Management refused to work with us as far as anykind of refund. I advise stay away from this place.
Room was nice and clean, update on bathroom sink, toilet, etc is needed. Room had a mini freg. Stored in one of the dressers, please note that when staying. Very quite and peaceful. I was on the bottom floor next to the pool.
They didn't wake me up at time requested (5:00 am).
Police involved in raid when I left in the morning, chain link fence surrounding the parking lot like a prison, just not safe
This is always my first choice when it comes to hotel options.the rates are always very reasonable. The rooms, even the cheapest, are top quality. The are also very spacious. Prefer to stay on the second floor though.
They failed to tell us the hot water was not working. Cold showers the entire trip! While packing the car at 10:55 walked back to get the rest of my items and found out key card immediately stops working at checkout time 11am. One face towel per room. Anytime you need anything you have to walk all the way to the front desk. And to top it off you cannot control the temperature in the room. You get to options to turn it on and off.
I love this hotel. I aways choose to stay here first choice..
All things are too old. Specially, bathroom plumbing. Could not sleep well.
The staff were very pleasant and cordial. That is the only good thing about this place. The pool was dirty and closed 2 of the 7 days we stayed there. When open, it was filled with foul mouthed kids, the a/c barely worked with 100 degrees outside; pimps and hookers arrived every night; the breakfast looked like a feeding frenzy and quickly ran out of food; bird feces on the outside table. I could go on.... but.....
I was shocked when I saw the room, terrible. Not clean or in order at all... It seemed like the hotel was dangerous outside, a lot of people out. The room had a big sofa very old and not nice at all. The hotel smelled like people smoke in the room. I asked to be switched and they did, a bit better but still bad..
The price is good, but it is not clean enough. No air conditioner.
This hotel was terrible, very dirty and unsanitary. Went on an outing at 7am on a Saturday morning and returned at 8pm, the rooms beds were not made nor did we have any fresh towels. Tried to call the front desk but or room phone would not work, walked to the front desk asked why our room wasn't serviced and the desk clerk said that the maids wont go into an unoccupied room because they don't want to be accused of stealing anything. What?? Is this not the most ridiculous answerer ever?? Asked for fresh towels which I received with an attitude. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again !
Not the best part of town, but was close to where I was attending a seminar.
If this is the last place available, stay in your car. Disgusting.....everything from the lobby to the hallway, to the room. Carpet was so dirty, couldn't take shoes off. Wore shower shoes. Towels dirty. No washcloths. Dirty cups left in room. Blood on stools. Outside walkway had garbage, tons of cigarette butts, and even towels on the ground. Permanent residents look like serious drug addicts. Shut off key cards before checkout. Loud and scary! I travel all the time in economy rooms and this is the worst I have ever seen.
Very good size room, the pictures on the Internet of the room were pretty darn close to what I paid for, I can't speak for every thing else, you can't take your breakfast to your room which is very inconvenient.
This hotel is outdated and had a leaky ceiling and a hair dryer that caught on fire. The air conditioning in the room did not work either. There were creepy guests who lived at the hotel and many were smoking by the stairs. There was garbage piled high in the morning by the public garbage can. The decor is outdated. The room was clean and the hotel staff was nice and helpful. That is about all I can say on a positive note. I would never want to stay there again because of the shady people there.
On the way to national parks, it is a reasonable priced hotel. Good for the money.
