Staff refused to check me in, cancelled the reservation and marked me as a no show I haven’t received a refund. The incidental hold was not properly or clearly disclosed by the employee, who threatened to call the cops because I was “trespassing” After spending almost $500 dlls to stay there, I was not able to use the services I paid for. I want to believe that this employee is not a direct reflection of the values and principles this company stands for.
