Nice and clean. area looks bad but hotel is nice and clean

The staff was nice and tried to be helpful, but the place just seemed tired. Rooms and hallways were dark, worn, and dirty. My

Rooms extremely comfortable and clean. Location is perfect for down town amenities.

The rooms are old the carpet smells and the a/c blows too clod in only certain spots and test of room hot. Location terrible downtown lot of closed business and bail bonds if you are going to Fresno do not stay at this property or in Dowmtown off the 41 freeway like 10 minutes away much better area and hotels.

The hotel needs to be updated and kept. The garage is scary and in bad shape.

The hotel room was good, clean and nice, but the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke and some doors of the rooms looked painted over.

I stay at this hotel everytime i visit new Jersey. but the past two times i realized its just getting worst. I searched the whole hotel for a bottle of water and couldn't find none. Not the front desk or any of the vending machines on any of the floors. Pluse check ins is usually at 10 am or max 12 in any hotels. but they changed it to 3pm or ull pay 40$ to check in early.

Electric car charger for my car. Due to this critical item missing I will not return.

Property was very run down. Sink enamel was peeling a lot and was so disgusting. It needs major resurfacing. Old dirty carpet. The hotel needs an overhaul. Walls are thin and you can hear the room next door and people outside in the hallways. The only redeeming thing was the staff. Not many hotels in downtown Fresno so this was one of the best ones there.

Everything was great, except for the party next door at 2am. Thankfully, the hotel staff came up and told them to stop. But, we lost a couple hours of sleep before our big drive for the holidays. Other than that I enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, however, the hotel overall needs an update.

Old building, but nice staff. Need more cleaning like change comforter sheet everyday!

The sleeping rooms need updating, especially the bathroom. The countertop had burns on it, the bath tub was stained and it just generally felt dirty; however, the bed was very comfy. I asked for a 6am wake up call and received it at 6:45. The meeting room had a water leak, apparently coming from one of the 3rd floor bathrooms. Won’t stay there again.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Courthouses. You pass through a newer, invigorated downtown area of restaurants (see Ragazzo's) . Hotel lobby is dark (i understand - hot Fresno sun requires curtains to keep the place cool). Hallways are pretty dark too, and look dismal and dingy. Rooms are ok. Clean and comfortable, but lack phone plugs near the bed, and tub finish was peeling.
