Hard to figure out how to find the driveway from the street

Good location, clean and comfy! Will definitely stay again.

We stay here often, convenient location to riverpark, consistently clean, with great service and breakfast.

Big room, clean and quiet. Breakfast is pretty good.

We went to Fresno to visit my brother. We always stay at the Comfort Suites near River Park. The entire staff is great and Ronny does an awesome job with the breakfast!

I was there for a doctor's appointment Intown Fresno the Comfort Inn was close to the doctor I enjoyed the shower and the breakfast the most unfortunately I was next to the exterior door so it opened and shut all hours of the night also the Light to the windows kept me up to the bed was just a little too firm for me but was quite nice the TV is definitely too small for I am a blind guide it was hard for me to see wish it was larger next time I will stay at the top of the stairs or the top floor and I will definitely pick a room that's away from everyone else but other than that I would definitely stay there again just choose my floors and room differently

Stayed here because of the two double beds and the pull out couch. However, when went to bed, there were no sheets for the pull out couch. Then at breakfast there was no syrup or butter for the waffles.

Their breakfast menu had a lot of choices to choose from. The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was clean and had a lot of space to moving around in.

Nice stay, to things they need 2 wk on his, have Ice disp on 2fl, and have two printers wk 4 both computers

Every time I'm foolish enough to book a stay at a Comfort Inn/Comfort Suites hotel I have a problem. This stay was no different. Generally things went pretty well until the next morning when - bleary-eyed and still half asleep - I made a pot of coffee. I got it made, poured a cup and reached for the creamer and sugar and found NONE! Now we're talking about items that cost mere pennies, but are important to most - if not all - travelers. Virtually every stay I've had at a Comfort Inn/Comfort Suites hotel has been fraught with problems - and a manager or front desk who, quite frankly , could care less. This one was convenient to the location for my meeting, so I decided to give them one more try. While this stay was somewhat better than others, this chain of motels/hotels has consistently poor management and housekeeping staff. I've learned my lesson. Traveling is difficult and tiring and when you pay for a motel, you should get EVERYTHING you pay for. This chain of motels is totally oblivious to their problems and, accordingly, will never take corrective action. This will be my last stay at a Comfort Inn. Too bad over such a small nit-picky item.

We just needed a place to spend the night so we could go to an early morning appointment in Fresno. That is pretty much what we got. But we were ok with it.

I stood in line for quite a while because the desk clerk was busy trying to find a room for someone that had walked in trying to get a room. The man in front of me said he made his reservation Monday and was glad he did. I made my reservation in July. He got a room. When I walked up they said that they had overbooked and that they had room for me across the street for $35.00. I told them that we had called yesterday and verified our reservation and we had. They said they had tried to call us but the site where I reserved the room wouldnt give them my phone number. When we checked in across the street they charged to my husbands credit card $105.00 not $35.00. I expect a credit from the site where I reserved my room because I had prepaid for the room in July and am extremely upset the way I was treated.

it is kind of an awkward entrance to get in but it is close to the freeway. The rooms are quite spacious and even though the building is older it is fresh and looks quite new. They have a very nice happy hour where you get two free drinks between 6 and 8 at night. The breakfast is quite nice also compared to some of the more inexpensive Chains. the elevator is a little bit scary as it seems quite a bit older.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and I had a very good experience overall. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only wish they had a little more fruit at breakfast, but breakfast was sufficient overall.

Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Room amenities almost perfect. Would have liked another small trash can in the main area but we did fine nonetheless with one. Everything else was just excellent: a large room with microwave and refrigerator and more free premium channels on a large flat screen TV than we have found elsewhere in the last couple of years. They also had a very nice hot breakfast included. Would stay again.

The hotel is very close to River park shopping center. The room was clean but the AC sounded like a waterfall all night n made rattling noises.

Breakfast was great, comfortable bed, clean room, pool and hot tub..

the hotel is clean and nearby some fast food restaurant. a radioshak is at the corner too. wlan works good and the guest laubdry works as well.

The hotel was nice. Clean and roomy. But I thought for the price it wasn't that great. But it's better than the motel 6. It's in an awkward location but close to downtown Fresno and close to any food spot you can think of. I would stay here again.
