"From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff catered to all of our needs and then some. Every guest had access to a butler. The first night, Chuck, arranged for dinner reservations, and when we returned he had several brochures, maps, and walking tours, along with dinning options. We appreciated that very much. Each evening there was a dessert shot in a chocolate shot cup. They were very good. In addition, all food and beverage items in the room were free-so many places charge extra. Breakfast was included in our stay and we had several choices. It included room service. The room was always clean and tidy with plenty of available toiletries. Whatever was needed-the butler service would handle, including ironing and shoe shining. In addition, when you arrive, you are given a complementary beverage of choice. They have valet service. We checked out of the hotel and attended a tour. The hotel staff was gracious to allow our car to remain on the property so we could attend. I highly recommend The Spectator Hotel. We will definitely stay again. "
