## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.

Zentrale Lage mit Besserungsbedarf

Die Wohnung macht einen modernen Eindruck und wirkt auf dem ersten Blick sauber. Der Abfluss im Bad läuft nicht richtig ab, es riecht unangenehm. Dusche ist nicht gepflegt. Waschmaschine musste erstmal im Kochgang gereinigt werden und sieht stockig aus. Schublade in der Küche ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Mehr Schein als sein
