L'appartement a des qualités indéniables, sa localisation, une agréable terrasse, un parking souterrain, lave vaisselle et lave linge, le menage était également bien fait néanmoins ce logement nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement peinture ( trace noire sur la porte de la salle de bain), électricité ( prises, luminaires), remplacement des ustensils abime (poele...).
