Family home in Fréhel, just a stone's throw from the sea and fine sandy beaches. Enjoy a large garden and spacious interior, ideal for family stays or with friends for up to 10 people.



Welcome to this recent and warm 115m² house, perfect for relaxing holidays. You enter a beautiful bright living room, comprising a comfortable lounge area with television and a large table for your shared meals. This living room gives direct access to the terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying the sunshine.

Outside, the enclosed garden will delight young and old: children can play there safely whilst adults enjoy a moment of relaxation on the sun loungers or around a good barbecue. The 35m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture, is ideal for your outdoor meals and a parasol will allow you to enjoy it whilst protecting yourself from the sun on very sunny days.

Adjacent to the lounge, you will find a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and filter, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils… everything is there to prepare good home-cooked meals.

The dining table transforms into a pool table, handy for switching in a flash from a warm dinner to a lively game amongst friends.



On the night side, the house has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you will find: a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200). Just next door you can also enjoy a relaxation area equipped with television, books, games consoles, DVD player and a single bed (80x190).

Upstairs you will find: two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (80x200) that can form a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a reading corner with board games is also provided for your quiet moments.

As for bathrooms, you benefit on the ground floor from a shower room with shower and hairdryer, a separate toilet, and upstairs a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.



For your comfort, the house also has a washing machine, a second fridge-freezer, an iron and ironing board and three private parking spaces in front of the house. You can also store your bicycles safely in the garage (up to 8 bicycles).
