Perfect spot!
I absolutely adored my stay at this super cute space. The apartment is the perfect size for 1-2 people plus a pet. Being a dog friendly space was a HUGE bonus. The unit was in perfect condition when I arrived, and was decorated and equipped perfectly. The hosts responded to my last minute booking request very quickly. I will 100% be booking another stay soon.
I will say that the parking area in the back could be expanded given the extra space in the backyard. During my stay there were three other vehicles parked there, and it was slightly difficult maneuvering my mid-sized SUV into the last parking space available and then backing out when needed. Overall very happy with my stay though.

Great spot for short stays in Fredericton
This property checks the boxes for what you need for a short, pet-friendly stay in the Fredericton area. While it’s a pretty tiny spot that I wouldn’t necessarily recommend doing anything in outside of showering and sleeping, it’s close to downtown and the river, and includes all basic amenities. The host was quick to respond to my messages, and the parking situation along with the little yard out back was quite nice. 5 stars!

I liked where this property was located, which is why I picked it. Nice neighborhood where I definitely felt safe. It seemed smaller than the pictures showed and I really regretted not getting something that had a kitchen table. The communication was good, although there was an additional email sent on our day of arrival that I could not access, changing the code for entry into the unit; it was frustrating that we fiddled with that for what seemed like ages and felt like idiots because we couldn't get the lockbox open. Turns out it wasn't our fault. Other than that, everything went smoothly. We had what we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked!

Great little spot, easy access walking to everything downtown. Place was tidy, host was friendly and responsive and check in process was simple. When I arrived, I found the Lockbox broken and the key missing. A call enabled us to find another key, and all was well. I would have liked the bath/shower to have a safety mat and wall handles for safety (I am 85 years old) so not as nimble as I once was. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Mechanical issues
There was a mechanical issue with the mini-split, coupled with the heat being left on that made it very difficult to relax, spend time or sleep in the unit.
We worked with the host who tried their best to address the issues. The heat was turned off, we were provided with fans and ear plugs but the mini split itself could not be repaired during our stay. It eventually it became too much for me. Nothing could stop the noise and it was still very hot so we left a day early.
The host was very responsive. I asked for hangers and they sent hangers! The location is great. The tub could've been cleaner. But, the mini-split noise was very noticeable and the heat was on in July so I'm not sure how often people check on the unit.
The location was fabulous, air conditioning was wonderful and it was well stocked with supplies and cleaning products.
It’s a typical downtown house with 3 units. The unit had holes in ceiling in closet and one in bathroom where an anchor was we hope and tiles that were in poor shape in the sleeping area. The bathroom
Was very tiny and in poor condition. The blinds were paper like and unable to be opened. The couch is wore and needs to be cleaned. I was expecting a fully renovated space based on the pictures and wallpaper shots in the ad. We spent as little time as possible inside. Outside seating would be a welcomed addition as there is a lovely outdoor space that could be usable with furniture.

Lovely stay
We needed a place to stay while we were moving between closing dates that was also pet friendly. Ashley's place was a wonderful spot, full of all the essentials you need to feel at home. She was an incredible host and so responsive to any questions we had. The bed was also very comfortable and our kitty settled in quickly after arriving. We appreciated having a comfortable, convenient spot downtown to stay during our move. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
