The smell of the hotel was absolutely awful. The bathroom had black mold and the ceiling was caving in as there was a leak . We literally checked in went to our room , seen everything and checked out not even 5 minutes later . We wasted over $100 for a place me and my family couldn’t even stay at.

I visit Frederick often for business and decided to splurge for a "nicer" hotel than what I usually pick. Overall, I was surprised with how shabby this property was compared with what I'm used to, especially the lack of amenities and the much higher price point. While room was clean, furniture was all mismatched and looked like it came from a thrift store. Everything sort of worked, at least. I have stayed in about a dozen different hotels around Frederick for the past year and this is by far the lowest-quality experience I've had.
