The views from the balcony were wonderful. Also, the condo is in a quiet location. The inside of the condo coupled use a coat of paint.

Nice but needs cleaned

We were happy with the location and the value. We did have to wash all the dishes before using and things like coasters and tables needed wiped down. We are happy we stayed overall but they need to pay a little more attention to cleaning.

Had to call the emergnecy check in number, doesnt show on expedia that no ome is there after 6 to get you your room info. Called to schedule a time to use the hot tub in the morning for that night at 8, you have to leave a voice-mail to do this, no one even called to say yes or no. Checkin if you do get there before then has to be dine in jeystine not fraser. Poorly set up and doesnt seem they care about their guest Condo was clean and just fine.

There was only one set of sheets and no extra blankets. I had to sleep with one sheet on the sofa bed. The utensils and things in the kitchen were very old. There was no ninternet or contact information for the resort in the unit. The unit is old and dirty. The towel racks in the backthroom fell off the wall, the toilets constantly were running, the stove was not on, the unti hs upper windows with no coverings so the morning sun wakes you at 5am. It was extremely difficult to find the place at night due to the lack of lighting.

We initially had a few issues but they were so beautifully Handled by Pamela at the property that I would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy check in despite the circumstances. The room had everything needed and was modern and spotlessly clean

Dated condo!

Lights out in the kitchen, lamps throughout condo did not work, exhaust fan and light in bathroom inop. Who still has tube TV's? Very dated condo. Would not come here again, also $25 charge for who knows what, expedia did not charge something though property mgt co. had to collect.

Things to know about MeadowRidge

There are many disappointing things about this experience: 1. No air conditioning in the rooms, in spite of the extreme temperatures and altitude that makes it hard to breathe 2. The furniture is old and run down. The couch was filthy? 3. The bed in the master bedroom is sunken in and very uncomfortable to sleep in. You can feel the springs poke your back.

Great stay with clean rooms (homey), recently updated. Super Nice! We couldn't get the stove to work and in 15 min. the boys showed up to fix it. Pool was great and will come back.

Dated but clean

Unit was clean but quite dated. Harvest gold fixtures and carpet everywhere including kitchen and baths - hate to consider what was lurking in the fibers. The hideabed was too uncomfortable to be considered for sleeping, I spent a horrid night in it. BUT the kitchen was very well furnished.

This place is a dump and run down.

The pictures look great but that wasn't the room I was given. When I complained the management company didn't want to help.

Beautiful mountain veiws

Beautiful location on top of the Rockies. Twin beds where a bit stiff but overall the condo was up to par. Close to frasser's tubing hill, safeway, winter park and all the good eats in town. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

1. wifi did not work 2. Curtains need to be heavier. The neighbors had their outside door light on all night and it made our bedroom very bright. Slept terribly that night. 3. This condo is a little out of the way from Winter Park and Devils Thumb if one has to access on the shuttle system. A personal car would make this a non issue. 4. The staff were great on the phone, and at check in. The shuttle service service really did help us out and they were very friendly. 5 Condo conditions were rather basic, and the place could use an update. But it was relatively very affordable.

I was disappointed with the condo. Many if the lights did not work. The decor is old and needs updating. The front desk and check in is 4 miles from the condo and their office closes at 5pm. The front desk was not interested in knowing my opinion of my stay. The front desk even blamed hotels.com for not communicating the office hours and the check in location.
