The wait at the desk to check in took a while. The elevator was broken down, so had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was freezing when I walked in. It took about 2 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. Bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean. The gym was okay, just outdated. Breakfast was okay.
