Restaurant food and selection needs improvement. Some rooms and public spaces are outdated. Guests with special needs have to conquer some stairs. Luggage can't be rolled in because of stairs at the entrance (should have a ramp).

Das wichtigste zuerst : Es ist sauber und ordentlich! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Mobilar und die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Das Hotel liegt estwas abgelegen und somit sehr schön ruhig. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Man braucht jedoch schon ein Fahrzeug um in die Stadt zu kommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon, welcher auch relativ groß war ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leider war der Pool nur bis 21.00h zugänglich, was uns es erschwerte ihn zu nutzen. ⭐⭐ Anwendung wie Massagen o. ä. vor Ort zu buchen ist schwierig, wenn man nicht gerade den ganzen Tag im Hotel veebringen möchte und auf sein Termin irgendwann Mittags zu bekommen! ⭐⭐⭐ Das Restaurant bietet für 20,- ein Abendessen-Buffet an, welches für das entsprechend sperrliche Angebot zu überteuert empfinde. ⭐⭐ Ab 19.00h darf man erst A la Carte essen 🤷, es ist wiederum günstiger jedoch ebenfalls geringe Auswahl. ⭐⭐⭐ Das Frühstück war für meinen Geschmack ok, außer die Brötchen und ähnliches waren für uns ungenießbar. Das restliche Angebot (Eier/Aufschnitt ect.) war überschaulich aber ok. Was wir nicht gut fanden, uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, wo wir zu sitzen haben, wie es der Bedienung passte nicht wie wir es wünschten. "Creepy". ⭐⭐ Weiterhin sollte erwähnt werden, das überwiegend Senioren bei unserem Aufenthalt als Gäste da waren, wir fanden es ganz süß aber erwähnenswert evtl. für andere 🤷 Das Personal war soweit nett und freundlich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First, last and only stay

This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice and clean but had no cabinets or shelves for toiletry bags. The ventilation in both rooms were very noicy. Although clean, there was a strange, sharp smell in the whole room - as if a cat had stepped there. Around 6 pm we saw that the restaurant was almost full and realised that it closes already at 7:30! We quickly got ready for dinner, came back but were told to go outside if we had not made a reservation. (no, we had just arrived). So we went outside, grabbed a menu card and ordered our food. Nobody else were eating outside. The young girl seemed to have to ask her superior if this was OK. We received our food. At 6:45 a lady came over. She had reserved the table for 7 pm. We were halfway through the meal and could have left at 7 but she called the staff who told us at 6:50 that the table was reserved so we had to leave it. We were not offered another table. A sweet lady nearby invited us to sit with her and her husband. We experienced a mix of good & bad but are not coming back

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach nicht erwähnenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr groß hat aber extrem muffig und modrig gerochen. Der Geruch kam aus dem Badezimmer und war nur zu ertragen nachdem wir den ganzen Tag und Nacht gelüftet haben .

Ruhige Lage

Es war ein schönes ruhiges verlängertes Wochenende .wir haben uns im Hotel bei dem Herbstlichen Wetter sehr wohl gefühlt .schön war auch der Tanzabend im Kaffee unter der Glaskuppel mit Livemusik.
