I liked this hotel more than I expected. there was construction going on outside but with the windows closed you couldn't here a thing and we were only on floor 2. the air con was powerful the beds lovely and comfy. the rooms on the small side ,once one of you are sat down on a chair you then couldn't walk round he bed. but we managed fine. for the price we paid I was very impressed.
Stay here for 3 night the room were very clean with air conditioning but the room was Average & it was close to all shops restaurant & bars, the hotel is 5 min walk to the main train station and 8 min to buses the hotel was very quiet and easy to find
Just stayed one night as flying out early the next morning. Hotel was very quiet even being on busy roads. Very easy to find with lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly reception staff both checking in and out. Nice clean room and bathroom, great aircon. Comfortable bed. Close to Frankfurt Hbf. Great price double room was A$85 and single A$66.
Just stayed for one night and chose this because of its proximity to the main station. It was only a 5-10 minute walk away, on the junction of two main roads, but I wasn't bothered by traffic noise. I did walk back that evening along what turned out to be the red light area...only a couple of streets away, so glad that the Corner Hotel was not there! 10-15 minute walk to main shopping area. On check-in the lady was friendly, but the younger one when I checked out was very non-communicative! Single room was small, but fine for the price...fresh decor, clean, small ensuite shower / toilet. Would recommend for a short stopover. I think breakfast was in the hotel next door, but I just found a bakery.
Simpel hotel without any extra services. One person at a counter which is the reception. Not the most polite staff. Leaving baggage behind after check out, means that your luguage is in the entrance right next to the front door, no storage room. No toilets at the reception. During my stay there was a huge construction site next door with a lot of noise. Drilling. When I complained the first thing mentioned was 'you will not get a refund'. I booked 2 days before, so the construction was there already when I booked.
I stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights and its a good value for Money. It has 24 hour reception which is very professional. This hotel has a lift [was missing in some hotels i stayed earlier] I stayed in single room and it was spacious enough and very comfortable. Location of Hotel is very good as its just 400 to 500 meters from Frankfurt main station and still away from seedy areas near to station.
This was our first visit to Germany so we weren't quite sure what to expect... We booked the Corner Hotel for 3 nights, and as we arrived in late from the airport, got lost trying to find our way from the bus station in the dark...Very easy in daylight though! Check in was quick and our room was lovely & warm, with a nice big bathroom, comfy beds, tv (although the channels were all in German except for one with English news headlines), fridge, kettle with tea/coffee making facilities, individual reading lights, full length mirror, and a wardrobe. I was able to get a hair dryer from reception and pay a €20 deposit which I got back at check out. The WiFi connection was good & strong which is always a blessing nowadays! The location of the hotel is only about a 15/20 walk into the city centre, but be warned that a lot of the shops seem to stay closed on Sundays in winter! Tip: C&A is worth a visit, nice stuff & really good prices! There's a lot of touristy shops selling your usual touristy bits n' bobs, a nice Christmas shop, and loads of places to eat from cafe's to good pub grub - everything was reasonably priced! Tip: Definitely try a fresh pretzel as you walk along the streets, they're delicious! Also, one last tip! Visit the Main Tower observation deck around sunset - brilliant 360° views over the whole city! And only €7.50 admission as far as I remember.
The hotel is just 4-5 min walk from the main station- Hauptbahnhof. I had booked an economy room which was really small. Had to pay 5 Euros extra to get a bigger size room under Comfort room category. This room was of decent size with a view of the exhibition- Messe Tower. Breakfast is offered at an additional rate of Euro 12 in the Marcure Hotel which is next door. The wifi was stable though not fast. The main downtown area is again just 4-5 min from hotel. There are several eateries around the hotel.
This small boutique hotel is perfectly located for the fair, just a 5 minute walk from the main entrance. Staff was friendly throughout our stay and made sure we felt welcome at all times. An iron was not initially available in the room - no problem however, it was just one call to the reception away and was delivered to the room in less than 5 minutes. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom a decent size and the entire hotel was very clean. Perfect! I would definitely stay here again for that price we paid!
This hotel is in a good location, but does not have much else going for it. There was lots of trash on the sidewalks in the area around the hotel. Not to many places to eat within a short walk. Will not return.
