The hotel was within quick walking distance from the train station, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again. On the negative side, the room was very warm. The air conditioner worked but was very loud. We were able to regulate the temperature by opening the window.
nicely met our needs very convenient--easy walk to/from central station
It’s a cheap hotel. There’s nothing else to say or special about it but it works for a easy overnight to the train
is staying at The Corner Hotel for 2 not enough nights. Convenient location, clean and nice. We got in so late from Munich but we were welcome with a piece of chocolate on our beds just like what the 5 star hotels do.
good location near the train station. rooms were adequate, but don't expect big rooms.
Very satisfactory air conditioned modern, and soundproofed (thus quiet) rooms with adequate room size, not a whole lot of character, but modern and functional, with excellent central air conditioning with temperature control, and all modern amenities. There are ongoing renovations (starting from the lower floors) which made it that the Cable TV system was temporarily out of order, but WIFI worked well.
Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to the Hauptbanhof, and 15-20 minute walk to the Messe, Altstadt, Museumsufer, everything you'd want to see as a tourist.
Great value, very convenient area, the hotel is safe and very clean. The staff was kind. Nothing fancy, but more than I expected for the cost.
We chose this hotel because it was fairly inexpensive and was only a few blocks from the main train station, so we could walk to and from instead of taking a cab. It was a little further away from the rest of the city than we would have liked, but we didn't mind the walk too much after we dropped off our stuff. Our room had a double bed with two blankets, and it was comfortable enough. We got little lindt chocolates on our bed the first night. The noise level was great - it was nice and quiet. We stayed there the night after Germany won the World Cup game against France. In the reception area and on the streets, you could hear cars constantly whizzing by with loud horns celebrating - we heard none of that from our room. Wifi was included in the price of our room (we had to get a username and password from reception for each device each day), but breakfast would have cost an additional 12 Euros. The room had a hairdryer, which was nice since I couldn't use mine from the US with the different voltage.
A short walk from the HBF in Frankfurt. On tram line into city--or you can take the tram to/from the main train station. Friendly, knowledgeable desk staff. Explained how to take tram, arranged for a cab to the airport, showed us points of interest on a map. Room very comfortable--windows opened to allow fresh air. Heating unit worked well. Bathroom clean. Fresh towels. If I had to complain about anything, there was only one coffee cup in the room (coffee maker provided in room) and the last person to use the safe "locked" it in the open position. We didn't bother asking the desk to reset it since we were only there over night. Great place. I would stay here again.
