A nice hotel. Pretty basic! Close to public transport. Decent breakfast. Being renovated. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet. One tiny lift for the whole hotel meant waiting, particularly around breakfast when people were toing and froing from their rooms!
The hotel is well located if you are going to the Messe, you are only 15m away from the tram station. The problem is that there are any descent restaurants in the area so you have to go either by taxi or metro. Rooms are small, mattresses are tiny, double beds or queen size beds are two single mattresses next to each other. The bar is part of the recepción desk with 6 high chairs. Breakfast is average.
Elevator was not working by the time we arrived to the hotel. Rooms were not ready at 2pm. When they finally prepared the rooms, rooms were not clean as it should be. My room was full of dust, here and there, even on the bedhead. My friend found, used pair of socks left from the previous residents of the room, another friend found a bug in his bed. So this hotel would not be my first choice when visiting Frankfurt for the next time. Hotel looks old in general. Only upside is it is very close to S-bahn station, that is all.
The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is within easy reach of public transport and points of interest. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options.
Last hotel in our Euro trip. Just more basic than others but the location is a positive touch. Line 11 pass just in front of Hotel and take you to Downtown, not too far at least. A Bank with ATM 5 minutes walking. Pizzeria across the street and some restaurants. A little street bar that looks like the tower of a castle with locals enjoying cold beer. Strange but interesting. Comfy room with TV, security box, coffee maker, good A/C; a little bit outdated but was fine. Good budget hotel.
The staff is extremely helpful, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is also very good. There were two drawbacks for us: First, the hot water was not enough for two people. We had to split it- one of us in the morning, one of us in the evening. Second, the cleanness of the carpets in the room could be better- I had to get rid of a dead bug on the carpet. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.
We can say that the experience in this hotel is average. The room has much space, and the bed is comfortable, but the walls are very thin, so you can listen to anyone talking in the room next to you. Another problem is that it has only one lift that broke in the last couple of days and we had to go through the stairs for 6 floors. The location is excellent, near the centre of the city.
A 4 star hotel situated close to messe area in Frankfurt. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast has everything. The service is good. Ha also a small gym and sauna. The surrounding area is not the best but is ok. Overall a nice place to stay in Frankfurt mainly for business purpose
Small hotel not far from the Main Station. Room was clean and modern. Quite simple furniture but fine for short stay. With the train you are in 5 minutes in the city centre. Guests international, staff friendly.
This is a poor hotel. Way overpriced. It’s a advert from Ikea at best. My single bed, I think all rooms are single beds, was about 3 foot wide and not that comfortable. Breakfast was average. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
