The property is beautiful. It’s a bit outside of the main Frankfurt area but it’s only about 15 mins so not bad. The hotel has a park which is so pretty to walk around in. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are really nice and well maintained.

We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the room was missing a child's bed, even though we clearly stated that we are three people with a 5-year-old child. There were also missing toiletries in the bathroom. We had to wait almost an hour until the room was properly arranged, which was very inconvenient given our early flight the next morning.

The bed’s feels like you’re sleeping on the box spring. Called 2 weeks before check in to ask about early check in and was toward it wouldn’t be a problem since it was a Tuesday. Even offered to pay an extra day. The gentleman said it wasn’t necessary just call when we land, which we did at 9am. Upon arriving at the hotel the lady said the hotel is full and would notify us when our room was ready. We got our room after check in time of 3pm. The manager said we would get something for our troubles and we didn’t receive anything. Very disappointing in Hilton and wouldn’t recommend this property.
