This is a great hotel for business, but it's also very family friendly. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff is incredible. It's located next to the main shopping and walking district of Frankfurt so it's incredibly convenient. Max the concierge is very knowledgeable and Brahim, the gentleman who works in security is the warmest person you'll ever meet and always has a ready smile.
Great location, close to shopping area. The service was impeccable, very professional and helpful. Food at the the hotel was also very good. Rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. Great spa treatments.
Very nice hotel, centrally located, excellent service, staff is excellent, very welcoming, and rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, had a very nice experience, will definitely come back if in Frankfurt
Overpriced Jumeriah wanna be - 1. Poor service. 2. Badly looked after room. Items in room not restocked routinely. Had to keep asking to replenish glasses and towels. 3. Ordered room service 4 times - got it wrong 4 times 4. Order ice 4 times - most times didn’t show up If you think this will be like your trips to the Jumeirahs in Dubai, think again and skip it!
This hotel is worth staying at for location, food and services. I recommend that you make this as a first choice when looking for hotel in Frankfurt. Everything is near by, walking distance only. Staff are very nice.
There is no better place to stay in the center of Frankfurt than at the well appointed and located property. The well, warm-lit rooms follow a spectacular friendly front desk welcome at check in. The rooms are really nice and make you wonder why you selected a hotel near shopping, when it would be nicer to stay in the room to enjoy it!
Jumeirah was one of the best city hotels I stayed in Frankfurt or even in Germany (I have travelled frequently to various cities in Germany on business trips). I stayed in the Grand Delux room which was very spacious and luxurious. The room offered body heat detection system to regulate temperature, had a screen fixed in the bathroom mirror so you can watch TV while getting ready for work and TV speakers fixed in the bathroom! Not what other city hotels normally offer! If I go back to Frankfurt, no doubt this will be where I will stay again.
The hotel was great in every sense. We had a lot of rooms and they were all very spacious and clean. Someone even got un upgrade! The bed was extremely confortable and the breakfast was very good. We received an amazing service from every emplyee!
Very good hotel in city centre walking from most attractions.. luxurious rooms, wish kids were allowed in pool. Breakfast nice, bar nice, attached to a mall too.. also offer valet parking (expensive though)
Over all a very pleasant stay at the Jumeirah in Frankfurt. Rooms are nice and very clean, with an nice view. Located in the center of Frankfurt, everything can be easily destinated. Very friendly staff.
