The Jumeriah Frankfurt was an ideal location for a short trip to Frankfurt. The service was wonderful from the reception to information on sites to see to room service, the staff cannot be praised more for their professional and friendly service. The room itself was just luxurious, there is no other way to descibe it. The room was on a higher floor and the views of the city were spectacular. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
The stuffs made a big mistake to provide the final invoice with detail bill. And the hotel stuffs was calling me till 10:43 PM after checkout from hotel .. I was wondering if the stuffs of the hotel really was trained enough about how to handle the customer.
Two things really stand out at the Jumeirah Frankfurt: they are located on a perfect Spot in the city and they have one of the best hotel breakfast I know. Additionally the Staff is very friendly and professional
The hotel has all the ingredients for a 6 star hotel; valet parking in part of large parking garage, great reception, great lobby bar and restaurant. But the view from the rooms... superb. The rooms itselfs have al you need and more! Walk in shower bath tub, big mirror which covers the bathroom wall and mant more!
We stayed overnight as our flight was the next day. Great room, great service, great staff, WiFi even worked well. A great location in the innenstadt. My only whine is negligible public space to sit/meet.
The hotel location is excellent with a connection to My Zeil shopping mall and overlooking the main pedestrian zone, Zeil. It has all facilities a guest wishes from a luxury hotel. Guests can use Fitness First facility, which is connected to the hotel, as a complementary service. There is also a luxury spa located on the fourth floor. We stayed in two connecting rooms, one Deluxe and the other one Grand Deluxe which is like a junior suite with separate living area. A negative point, for some people, is the bathroom without lock, but we could manage it😄
We were stay for more than one week in this hotel, but because of some reasons we have to extend our stay. The hotel has great location, but no real lobby! We had stayed in panoramic suite, but the curtains at the corner cover the panoramic view!!! But at last night we have to change our room because our room needs renovation and repair!! The new suite was really funny for a five star hotel and it really needs repairs more than the other one! The most funny part was we had to pay more than 800 euro for one night for this suite!!
This is definitely my hotel of choice in Europe’s financial capital. Adjacent to a large shopping mall it is rather close to main attractions (there are few of them in Frankfurt as it is not a popular tourist destination) and offices of main banks and other financial institutions. Despite the hotel is rather old it is kept in a very good conditions. The rooms are large (which differentiates it greatly from London’s Jumeirah) and well-lit, with panoramic windows. The bathroom is really nice, with a tube and a separate shower. Minibar contains only a couple bottles of beer, some juice and soft drinks, but it is free of charge and this is actually very cool. Nespresso coffee making machine is already seen as a normal feature in European hotels and Jumeirah surely has it. The only thing I didn’t really like is that for a gym you have to go to the shopping mall. The gym is nice, but as it is a public one there always too many people there as compared to private hotel gyms. Overall, the best business hotel in Frankfurt
We stayed in the Jumeirah Frankfurt for a 1 night in a Grand Deluxe Suite. I'd say the service, room and hotel quality are what you'd expect from a Jumeirah hotel. I especially liked the selection from their 24-in-room dining menu.
I was in Frankfurt for a quick 2 day business trip and I was happy that I could stay in this hotel as I found this hotel very centrally located with al financial institute in walking distance along with markets dining places and few very colourful and vibrant spots. The hotel amenities is very modern and beautiful design. Service is good ..... their Lebanese restaurant grew good food and the lobby bar restaurant service is also very good. I would pick this hotel as my next time visit in Frankfurt. I must mentioned the service of Mr. Newab At lobby bar and restaurant . It’s was special and I must thank the hotel management for encouraging their staff to offer such services to the hotel guest .
