I like everything!! Friendly, responsive staff, outstanding customer service, facilities were decorated for Christmas excellently. Rooms and view of water were excellent. I highly recommend the Hotel InterContinental when staying in Frankfurt.
I like everthing, every body was nice to us. They were gentle and nice when they talked to us. The place was clean and proper. I just would have like it to have a room with view to the river.
Staff was super friendly but it was all negated by a room that could not be cooled down. Comfortable room is 101 (basic).
Very good hotel with a great location. All the staff was very atentive and cordial. The Club services are excellent
This is a great hotel with a good location, close to the main train station and UBhan. About a 10-minute walk through a quiet, corporate part of town. Great views of the river and the staff was very helpful.
If you are staying in Frankfurt or just staying the night while flying out of the airport, the Intercontinental is a great hotel. It is located walking distance from the main train station and right on the river which is great for walking especially to the old historic district for dinner. The rooms are very nice and updated. They do need to upgrade the TV's Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very quiet. Save room for the breakfast in the morning. It is very good and international.
I like the location of this hotel there is a lot of restaurant in different varieties and that in walking distance and the hotel also close to the river in waking distance the staff so kind and smiling most of time and like to help but I don't like the room which was small with old TV and I should call for room service daily asking for cleaner
Once you step into the hotel you really feel you get into the typical corporate hotel. It is perfect for corporate meetings or if you go for business. If you go for tourism, then it is a good value for price hotel, but don´t expect nothing fancy. just a well branded hotel with good price.
Was a nice experience. We been there 4 days and 3 nigths , every one were helpfull.
This is not 5 star hotel, very old and undeveloped, small rooms, old , small tv, small bath. Good locational, close to central station, good service. All in all, there are better choices in Frankfurt.
If you can book something else for the same price.... do it.
I was in Frankfurt as a solo business traveler. I wanted to be close to the Hauptbahnhof and the attractions such as the waterfront, Dom Romer, and Zeil. The location is perfect - just 2-ish blocks from the main train station and no need to cross major intersections. I had a great view of the city from the 16th floor. The room was clean and decently-sized with ample desk space, drawer space, and closet space. The staff was very helpful and kind. The bar was pretty good - when there are conferences in town it gets pretty full! The lobby has wireless and there's plenty of room to sit. The only somewhat negative thing is it seemed to take a while to check-in and out. I don't know if this was due to the computers or to the travelers bu I waited in line for no less than 15 minutes each time and it wasn't busy.
Arrived in Frankfurt , called to bve collected , no service only Limou at $150 USA, taxi @ $60.00 USA decided not to pay this cost , misrepresented. Intend to claim a refund.

Stayed there the night before my flight back to the US. Very convenient location and always have taxis on hand. Not as cool/trendy as some of the newer hotels that popped up in the same area, but definitely great service. Another plus: everything is in English.
The key moment came when I was packing up, and wanted to avoid the toothpaste mess I faced when unpacking the last time. I stood in the bathroom, thinking "I wish I could find a small plastic bag for my toothpaste." I spied a little hole out of the corner of my eye, and in that hole were small plastic bags! The hotel simply anticipated the needs of travelers. Plenty of hangers for cloths, lights came on automatically when you needed them to, plugs were located on the TV right next to the desk. The internet options were clear, including free wireless in the lobby. The water pressure was great. A spoon for my yogurt. I called for a wake-up call, and a human voice reassured me that it would happen. Not only did it, but it was a real human wishing me a good morning! The room was not a swank affair, by any means, but what made it special was the forethought and the service. A great stay.
Hotel room was small, but comfortable. We were in a standard room and there just wasn't anything spectacular. The rooms were very HOT. We could not turn the air on and the hotel kept the rooms at over 80 degrees. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. The food in the hotel was delicious, but very expensive.
I was worried about being put into an older room in the "annex" after reading some of the reviews, but when I arrived to check in, the guy at the desk warmly welcomed me and asked if I'd like a room with a view of the Main river. Nice sized room for Europe and a lovely view. This was my fourth trip to Frankfurt (the prior three had been in the late Autumn-dead of winter so that may have colored things as well) but our proximity to the river made this visit most delightful.
