The room was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was a standout. My only real complaint is the music in the bar. While the restaurants featured lovely, venue-appropriate Brazilian music, the bar and adjoining salon blasted loud, repetitive U.S. pop—clearly chosen for the young staff rather than the actual guests. After one drink on the night we arrived, we avoided the bar entirely for the rest of our stay, which was unfortunate because it’s a beautiful space with attentive service. The atmosphere created by the music felt completely out of place for a property at this price point, and would discourage us from returning.

Thought all the 5star reviews were too good to be true. I was wrong! Exceptional service, welcoming and attentive staff, beautiful pool. Had a junior suite which was excellent. Being in the park before general public opening is priceless!
