You'll enjoy its 300 m2 garden with table and barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments.
Spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends of 6/7 people, it comprises :
- an entrance hall with storeroom and extra shower for when you return from the beach
- a staircase leading to a large, bright and convivial living/dining room
- a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals
- the 2nd level leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (x140), one with bunk beds (2 x 90) and a trundle bed (1x90)
- bathroom with shower
- 2 separate toilets.
On-site parking for your vehicle.
The house is a 15-minute walk from all shops and services, covered markets, restaurants... )
You can easily walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and sea.
