Ok for a couple of days

Cleanliness of the room could be improved. My room was in the third floor, next to the fish market, so if I opened the window to the balcony, the noise and the smell were unbearable. If you go, ask for the high floors. The restaurant wasn't that good.

Hotel velho e decadente longe de tudo

O hotel fica ao lado do mercado de peixe,e assim que entramos no quarto sentimos um cheiro super forte de peixe,e isso no decimo primeiro andar!!!E estava na ponta da praia longe de tudo,numa área que fica meio vazio a orla e dava um pouco de medo de andar ali à noite pra ir passear.Além disso,o hotel é muito velho e detonado,desde o lobby até o quarto com móveis velhos e detonados,decoração velha,brega,horrível.Precisa muito de uma reforma,de uma atualizada.O banheiro então,tinha uma banheira super velha que parecia de motel de quinta categoria,e o piso estava todo manchado,e parecia meio sujo.A cama de casal era pequena e não era nada confortável,com o colchão muito mole e parecia que tinha um buraco no meio.Eu não daria nem 3 estrelas pra esse hotel,duas talvez.

Um prazer ficar nesse hotel.

O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e muito confortável, funcionários muito respeitosos e atenciosos, as instalações são antigas, o banheiro úmido demais e chuveiro não tem espalhador, a água sai que nem uma bica. Mas no geral, gostei muito do hotel e da cidade.

Atendimento péssimo e atraso de 2h no checkin

Ao chegar tivemos que esperar mais de 2h para ter o quarto liberado para checkin. Segundo o atendente (que não foi nada gentil) o atraso se deu por conta do serviço de camareira. Funcionários bem hostis, a despeito da vista e do café da manhã que são muito bons.

Um homem sacou uma arma e levou minha bolsa e a bolsa de uma amiga, nas dependências externas do hotel. Não havia seguranças. A gerente não estava presente em nenhum momento durante nossos 2 pernoites (03 dias). Além do uso do computador para preencher o boletim de ocorrência eletrônico e do uso do telefone do hotel (naquela noite apenas), nada mais nos foi oferecido pelo hotel. Ficamos sem celular, documento, cartões de crédito e sem dinheiro nenhum. O hotel não ofereceu nenhuma outra ajuda. No mais, a limpeza do quarto não é impecável, os lençóis são finos e o ar condicionado estava localizado em cima da nossa cama, ou seja, o vento vinha todo em cima de nós. Não recomendo a ninguém.

NESSE HOTEL NÃO VOLTO A ME HOSPEDAR.

Já escrevi para a BHG sobre a total falta de cortesia na chegada ao hotel. Sei da existência de regras sobre horário de chekin, mas até hoje não havia tido o tratamento que tive no Golden Tulip Fortaleza. Uma total insensibilidade do recepcionista. Sob a alegação de 100% (???) de ocupação nos fizeram esperar por 120 minutos de aguardo na recepção. Alguns casais e famílias fazendo o chekout, porém sem qualquer iniciativa para nos liberar para a acomodação. A acomodação que me hospedei (1014) é muitíssimo espaçosa, a cama é confortável e o enxoval é adequado. As instalações, como um todo, têm uma boa limpeza. O café da manhã é mediano. Deixa a desejar. O Wi Fi 'gratis' é nulo. Ou seja não existe. Não funciona no quarto, na recepção, na piscina,.... Reclamei e a pessoa da recepção disse-me que iria me alocar de uma outra forma (chamou de acesso de 'moradores' ???) em que eu teria o sinal melhorado. De fato funcionou naquela tarde/noite. No dia seguinte voltou a situação anterior. Voltei a reclamar e dessa vez falei com o chefe da recepção (assim se identificou), mas de nada adiantou. Desisti de reclamar. Tivemos também dificuldades na iluminação do andar e principalmente na pota do quarto. Só foi regularizado no quarto dia de hospedagem, depois de muito reclamar. Quanto a localização, tive a sensação de pouco seguro. Não saí andando nenhuma das vezes, sempre com carro na porta do hotel.

Hotel Confortavel.

O Hotel é bom, preciso de um pouco de reforma, o espelho no banheiro estava velho, precisava rocar, assim como a torneira outros detalhes. O quarto é bem grande, possui copa com microondas e frigobar. O sinal de wifi era muito bom. Fica ao lado do mercado do peixe o que dava pra ouvir a musica ao vivo do lugar. O café da manhã era ótimo, com muita variedade, e preparavam pratos na hora para você.

Boa localizaçao

Apesar de ser o ultimo hotel da orla, sua localização em frente ao mercado de peixe(só senti o cheirinho de peixe frito) tem bastante movimento, com sua mesinhas e atendimento para fritar seu peixe após comprar nos boxes existentes, servindo uma cerveja bem gelada (eu recomendo). O Hotel tem tudo o que mostra em sua propaganda (quartos amplos, banheira, varanda, etc.) mas, diferente das fotos onde tudo aparece novinho em folha, esta tudo bem desgastado (sofá, banheira, pintura, etc). A bem da verdade, o gerente explicou que ja estão iniciando sua restauração. Para mim, faltou uma televisão ou mais, na recepção bem ampla e melhorar o sistema do ar condicionado da mesma.

Clean, beautiful and amazing service

My room was exactly as is asked with different type of mattress, service was very helpful and had a big smile on the face :) Breakfast was so good! The hotel itself looks good and clean and the pool has a very wide menu for meals and drinks in a reasonable price! Highly recommended!!
