Péssimo. Fiz reserva, a mesma foi confirma, entrei em contato por telefone com o anfitrião conforme, orientação. Mas ao chegar para o CHEK IN. Me informam que não havia reserva. Tive que pagar um hotel mais caro e tive despesas com transportes. Experiência terrível e indesejável. Não sei se a culpa do hotel.com ou do hotel para o qual fiz a reserva. Não recomendo.

Nem toda oferta é de hotel, cuidado

Fui para show e cheguei as 23h para dar entrada na estadia, qual a pessima surpresa era um condominio de moradores que alugam por temporada e o porteiro me acusou de nao saber o nome do proprietario, n quarto e que ali nao era hotel. Foi muito constrangedor. Os telefones q apareciam ninguem atendia para saber o que era o problema. Apís 4o minutos esperando um outro porteiro localizou um estrangeiro que era dono do apartamento que informou que eu nao havia confirmado a estadia. Como confirmado? Deixei todo cadastrado no site, meu cartao e sei que se nao tivesse ido seria pago do mesmo jeito. A reserva era minha! Dai ele "fez" o favor de me colocar em outro apartamento. Pior. 7horas da manha o dono do apartamento com amigo (estrangeiros) abriram a porta e entraram conosco dentro. Uma situação chata. E na minha reserva estava como debitado o pagamento e o outro dono ligou exigindo pagamento em especie que nao aceitava cartao e que esse era o contrato dele com hoteis.com. Informei q nao sabia o contrato dele, mas sabia do meu. Foi super grosso, como se tivesse me fazendo favor. Enfim, foi um serviço de pessima qualidade, tanto do hoteis.com quanto do residencia porto de iracema, que nao estao preparados para receber hospedes, mas moradores. Favor deixe claro aos clientes q esse tipo de serviço nao tem recepção, que nao estao lhe esperando como os serviços de hoteis, que voce vai ficar a merce de pessimo atendimento.

Apesar do representante do corretor nos ter recepcionado muito mal, isto é : mal humorado, mal educado, e etc, depois que nos instalamos tudo correu muito bem!!!

O local do hotel é muito bom, é bem estruturado, próximo da orla, o que facilita muito para realizar passeios, gostei muito, valeu estar lá... eu recomendo sem dúvidas.

Apartamento razoável, apenas o Ar-condicionado muito barulhento e necessidade de manutenção no box do banheiro da suíte. Sauna desativada - Caracterizando descumprimento contratual, vez que o item foi fator considerado na escolha do hotel.
