Inside the Studio

The layout is open, efficient, and intentional.
A king bed, queen pullout sofa, and twin bed sleep up to five comfortably. A full kitchen, dining space, and large sectional connect naturally, creating a flow that feels easy and unforced.

The coffee bar is fully equipped with French press, pour-over, grinder, and Keurig.
High-speed WiFi reaches every corner of the property, both indoors and out.

To finalize your reservation, a rental agreement must be signed and a refundable security hold is required prior to arrival. The hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage or policy violations. This is a standard process across our properties and is in place to protect both guests and the home.
