Clean room and a pretty good location for all things downtown. A bit overpriced compared to other nice hotels. Starbucks located inside the Omni had the worst customer service and a don't give a care attiude. Got multiple orders wrong and many customers complaining about the 30+ minutes wait it took to get incorrect orders. I saw no happy customers while I waited 40 minutes to get one chi latte.
