We called 10 days in advance to get check in at 2pm, we had one of the penthouses. We arrived earlier that expected and I understand the room wasn't ready at 11am, they said the next room that came available would be ours and they would call our cell. So we waited a bit then went to lunch came back at 3:30 and they told us that there still wasn't a room available. Then I asked if we could get a regular room because we had plans and they said yes, but we would pay the same amount. Then a manager came over and all of a sudden a room was available. So be prepared if you get a penthouse that you won't get checked in until after 4, even if you call ahead. The other thing was the pillows, the feathers poked me all night. Other than these things the room was nice, very clean, staff in other areas were extremely nice and helpful. Annex was very nice and staff were amazing especially Peyton! Morning coffee was okay, cups are tiny and the bacon and sausage were amazing.

Clean room, comfortable mattress, fantastic staff. Beautiful Hotel, fantastic location. Take the bus downtown all over downtown. Then there is a bus that takes you to the stockyards.

Everything is very new and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we got a good view of downtown, even with a pool view. I loved the elevator system; I had not seen a floor request system like that before. The rooftop bar was fun. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Fort Worth. The only complaint I could have was that the tray for the bathtub was not properly installed and inaccessible. Due to this, the body wash was not installed on the wall and was not refilled before my stay. This is a minor thing, but someone who would complain more than me might have taken issue with it.
