If what you need is a room at a reasonable price, this property fits the bill. Don't expect updated amenities and there are some repairs that definitely need to be made to the property, but it serves the basic purpose of a hotel--bed, bathroom, and a place to stay while away from home. Bonus is the free beakfast and pleasant staff.

Love that a walkway is adjacent to the property! Very convenient for walking to nearby restaurants.

I was happy with my room and the accommodations ... overall, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful ... I would stay here again ...

The rooms were out dated, the lights were few. The room had a bug in the pillow

The rooms were nice and big. Felt like being at a resort. Very quiet for being on a main street. Defiantly will stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Will do so again when visiting Fort Worth. In my room, 612, the shower in the next room was really loud. The head board of the bed was against wall next to other rooms' shower. My be a plumbing problem. It wouldn't have been a problem, but at 3am, it woke me! Other than that, my stay was great!

Convenient to downtown. Would certainly stay here again

Could be a little better fixed up and bath tub felt like it was falling threw the floor. But size of room was great and breakfast was great

We were surprised to see that we were beside the river and enjoyed a walk there. The desk clerk Ambria was wonderful--- very friendly and competent. I watched her from the breakfast room the next day, and she was working hard and tending right to business!! Was very impressed ! That girl deserves a raise! Also, the breakfast was very nice, and the hostess was, too! Kudos to both gals!!

Clean. Pleasant staff. Nutritious breakfast. Near to public transportation, restaurants and shopping.

Serious false advertisement. I booked room for four and got one queen bed, when went to the front desk they told me to use the sofa+bed. but in picture it shows two beds. Front desk personal was very helpful and nice. My room number was 611. most disgusting room I ever had. out side of the room is so dirty and smelly that made me sick. rooms supposed to be nonsmoking but there's big burn on the sofa. air freshener was so strong and it made it worst, all of us had allergic reaction. toilet flash so bad you literally have to walk away before you flash it otherwise you will have dirty water all over on you. I brought it to their attention they says maintenance person not available I get it I call late, but it could be taken care next day, . pillow cover were dirty and spotty. we were there to have fun for the weekend but staying at that place become nightmare for us. we went out look for another hotel, due to BTS concert everything were sold out. we mostly stay out all day until we get realy tired so we can go to sleep. we really shouldn't feel that way. One thing I don't understand how people rate 4.5 star and excellent??? I'm not going to judge anyone, this is my review and I wont recommend anyone or I wont be staying there anymore. Thanks to "Almighty" our nightmare is over.

The staff was wonderful. The facility is older but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were wonderful. However, when very hard rain came down the roof started to leak! The staff responded as expected, quite horrified and took steps to correct it. I was on my way out so I don't know what happened after than. The breakfast buffet was good although not as extensive as some other places but enough for me. They have coffee all day. The wifi was down the whole time I was there. They were having it fixed which did not happen while I was there. As for recommending this place it depends on what you need. I would go again because it is close, clean and that is all I really need for a decent price and how often does it really rain in Texas.

The outside of the hotel really needs some work and parts of the interior too. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The price was right and we are hardly in a room when we travel anyhow.

When we got into our room the first thing we saw was a dead roach by the fireplace. The door had no deadbolt thing and looked like it had been kicked in twice (we could see where it had been placed in two different places) the bottom of the door was broken so bugs and leaves where getting in. Then, there was a loud party of at least 50 kids right across from us. Our phone didn’t work at all so it took me three tries calling from my cellphone to reach the guy working the front desk. We complained three times and he didn’t do anything. Said he would call the police but didn’t. So i finally went outside to tell the noisy guests to keep quiet and i was assaulted! He still didn’t do anything! So i called the police and ended up moving my children to another hotel at 1am!! Then when i called through orbitz to get refunded for the two nights i reserved that we left during the first night. They told orbitz that they handled the situation and called the police immediately! All lies!! I wouldn’t stay at this dump again if my life depended on it. Horrible place, horrible staff, and apparently having 50+ kids smoking weed and drinking is the norm for this disgrace of a hotel

Convenient location to TCU with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
