Friendly staff. Room 220 very clean, great shower. Everything worked, had no issues, would stay there again.

The staff were pleasant. The carpets and walls in public areas were somewhat worn and could use a good cleaning. The room was large and had what one expects from an business economy class hotel. I would go there on business but not for a pleasure trip. The breakfast and public areas are totally inadequate when the hotle is at capacity.

Things are a little worn and dingy in public areas. The room has all the standard budget business class name ties,

I was only there one night but it was clean and comfortable. It even had a good breakfast in the morning!

Hotel is in the nicer area of town than some of the lower budget ones. No issues at all - clean, quiet and free internet.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. TV was old and the channel selection was limited. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

The hotel provided us opportunity to be close to our family at a very reasonable price and the facilities were very comfortable. They provided a nice breakfast but their seating was limited.

Hotel was easy to access from highway. Staff at check-in was very professional and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent value for the price.

They were kind enough to let us check in early after taking a red eye to Fort Wayne for my grandmother's funeral. They had a little breakfast that ended at 10, and unfortunately it was all gone by 9:45 when I got there. The only problem was that the pillows were not that comfortable. But the rooms were clean, the people were friendly, and the price was pretty good.

We sould have enjoyed staying longer. This was a very nice hotel with a good beakfast and comfortable rooms.

Location is good; very near relatives that we were visiting. Included breakfast was substantial, (skip the eggs-institutional). I especially appreciated the darkness and quiet of the room as well as the shower water presssure. This motel is sited at a very convenient to shopping at Glenbrook Shopping center as well as eating establishments. We only stayed one night but will use this motel for any future visits requiring a motel stay.

We stay two nights and were very happy with the service, cleanliness, and location of our hotel. Very close to restaurants, movies, and shopping. The free breakfast included hot and cold options. All in all a great value for the money.

Getting to the hotel was hindered due to the road closure/construction going on but overall a good experience.

I arrived to this hotel after having checked in at another motel in the area. I left that motel because the service was incredibly bad and they did not have hot water. It was 7:00pm when I realized there was no hot water and at 9:00pm they still did not have hot water or way to fix it. We just left. As soon as we arrived to Quality Inn the front desk lady was very nice and kind. We were checked in, the beds were AWESOME!!! And there was hot water! And the temperature was divine. There was no noise or smoking smell like at the first one. In short we slept very well and had a very pleasant experience!

Business. In late. Out early. This hotel serves it's purpose. Nothing remarkable. Nothing stupid!!

I was a little concerned being only a 2 star motel, but I was pleasantly pleased with my stay, everything was great, wonderful continenal breakfast,

Enjoyed a shopping getaway and probably will do it again!

When I arrived, the hotel staff was expecting me, they were very friendly and the hotel met my expectations. I would recommend Signature Inn to anyone.

There was not a price that I would pay again to stay at Signature Inn in Ft. Wayne again. We were there for a week, two adults, two children. When we arrived there were hardly any customers. Yet they placed us in the pet room apparently. I just figured the carpet needed cleaned because of the smell. So they cleaned the carpet the next day. Since there is little air flow through the room, the carpet stayed wet for the entire week. It didn't look any cleaner when they were done either. There were spots and what appeared to be bleach marks? One of the beds was filled with what apparently was dog hair. It was all over the comforter and the sheets and pillows. DISCUSTING. They were more than happy to give us a new comforter and sheet set. Too late, now I know we are in the pet room. The fire alarm in the room was beeping when we first went in. They were more than happy to have the only worker (the front desk person)change the battery. She was also the one to fix the other problems. This was normal for the entire stay. Unless the maids were there, there was only one person at the desk, who also had to take care of the breakfast area and anything else that came up. Speaking of breakfast, spare me. An old bagel, cereal that sits out all day for anyone to do anything to, bad coffee and a waffle press, do not constitute breakfast. Protein was no where to be found. Very disappointing breakfast buffet. Very small eating area. We were there for a basketball tournament, so there were tons of kids that had come in that night or the next morning. Try putting 20 to 30 people and children in a 6'x 10' area with all of the breakfast counters, 4 tables with 2 to 4 chairs. Speaking of children. They were running and screaming all night. No one told them to go to their rooms. With only one person at the desk, no wonder. One night we decided to go to the pool. It was OK, but there were children under the age of 14 without parental guidence that were throwing chairs and towels into the pool. When I mentioned this to the desk lady, she said she wasn't allowed to leave the desk. I told her she had better do something before my children go hurt! Her idea was to go out and ask them not to throw the chairs into the pool. I actually had to guide her to tell them they needed their parents out there to watch them, otherwise they shouldn't be allowed in the pool. She told them she would close the pool if they didn't get out. I told her, it wouldn't be a good idea to close the pool for the other guests, just because she wasn't able to control those children. Mine weren't thowing things in the pool. Why should they be punished. She never took care of the problem. We ended up never being able to use the pool. Great fun hugh! We spent the week smelling cat urine that was coming from the air conditioner. In the mddle of July in Indiana, it's hot enough to need the air conditioner. We would have opened the windows, but there weren't any screens to protect us from bugs or theft. We were on the ground floor. No laundry area either. My room never smelled clean. Even right after cleaning. I was so worried about the cleanliness that I laid towels on the carpet to protect my children from foot fungus. The bathroom was so small that you could barely shut the door to have privacy. The vanity area was separate from the shower, so I had to wait until no one else was in the room to get dressed. Very disappointed in the hotel.

Nice rate, good size of room for one and better location from highway. I will recommend to anyone and myself will use again.
