Beautiful stay, beautiful property

Condo was in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Beach was not over crowded even on Labor Day weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. Some beds were more comfortable than others. Overall a very relaxing time

Great Beach Place

The place was perfect for our getaway! It was right on the beach and overlooked the pools (which was great for supervising the teen that was with us). We hit many of the restaurants on the list of favorites that was provided and were never disappointed! We've stayed all along the coast (Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Destin, Seaside, etc.) and this ended up being our favorite. Very close to VPS airport and none of the traffic that we've experienced other places. There was a little seaweed in the water at the beginning of our stay but it was absolutely perfect the last few days. Would definitely stay here again!

Family time

The view from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular. The kids loved the bunk beds and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids (6,7,8) loved the pools. I wish there was some place to get some shade…..maybe umbrellas? The adults loved the beach and complimentary chairs with umbrellas. We enjoyed just hanging out at Blu202 and enjoyed our time together making memories.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 7 including 2 grandsons ages 1 and 5 absolutely loved our stay in Blu 202! The condo was spacious and super clean! To quote my husband "We will definitely be back!" The 5 year old fell in love with the bunkbed and stuffed octopus. Thanks for making our family vacation such a peaceful and relaxing experience!

Loved this condo!

We loved this condo! Very nice layout and accommodations. We loved the facility itself… easy access to pool and beach and loved that there were two pools with plenty of space for everyone. The condo was beautiful and was even bigger than what we thought it would be. I also personally loved the Nespresso machine and the Speed Queen washer and dryer!! This was definitely a 5 ⭐️ Thank you!

Loved this location and condo. Would absolutely come back. A couple of small recommendations (that would not deter me from returning): small bench in shower would be nice due to the small space to place shower items. Batteries in the trash can so it works and we don’t have to leave the lid off. Double checking that the windows (master and living room) have been cleaned, and a usable broom to sweep sand that gets tracked in (the broom in the closet is on its last limb). David was FANTASTIC at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Very thorough which is greatly appreciated! Stress-free vacation ✅

Everything about our stay was perfect. From location, to restaurants, the beach, things to do, this property was great. The condo had everything we needed. Beach vacation

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Located right above the heated pool, it was an easy walk to the beach- we loved listening to the waves at night. Pools were very nice- and we got an umbrella and chairs on the beach everyday which was awesome. Condo was nice and clean and comfortable for our stay. My husband used the gym daily. Grocery was super close. We had excellent weather and loved everything about our stay!

Clean and beautiful property right on the beach.

There was plenty of space for all 7 of us to spread out. Although the weather was not as warm as we wanted we were able to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and fire pit. We were also able to walk to the beach in less than 1 minute right off the pool deck. The property is very clean and looks just like the photos. If you are looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of Destin but close enough to drive this is the place to stay. We also learned this is one of the newest buildings in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving on the beach!

We traveled to Florida from Indiana and met up with family driving in from Atlanta and New Orleans. This was the perfect sized condo for all age ranges. The ocean view, cleanliness of the condo and shared facilities, as well as prime location made for a wonderful stay for our family. We are grateful to David and his team at Coastal Vibes for their beautiful condo! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved it!

The property was very clean, everything was nice and new. Best place we’ve stayed at and we normally visit the area every year. Hoping this place is available the next time we come. Kitchen was fully stocked with good quality utensils. Close walk to the beach. Smaller condo made for less of a crowd at the beach!

Great Condo for Multiple Families

We had a wonderful stay at David's condo! Everything was just as described/pictured. The floor plan worked wonderfully for our group (my parents, my brother and SIL, my husband and I, and then 3 kids under 4). It was very spacious, so each family had plenty of room for themselves, but there was also lots of room in the kitchen/dining/living area for us to be together. We especially loved the ease of beach access with littles - just down one floor via elevator, across the pool deck and then down maybe 8 steps. This was wonderful when we were always going back up to the condo for toddler naps or to grab lunch. The condo was well equipped for all we needed, but you'll want to bring your own food items. There really wasn't even salt and pepper. I highly recommend this condo and hope we'll be back next year!

Very Nice!

We just got back from a week staying in Blu 202. It did not disappoint. The property was basically brand new and just as advertised. I believe there are new pictures coming but most of the furniture pictured in the photos has been replaced with new furniture. The property had everything we needed in terms of dishes and cookware. Dave with Coastal was very helpful and attentive and responded to a few questions I had while we were there (even late on a weekend). This is about 10 minutes west of Destin. The benefit is that it has the same great beaches but not the traffic. It was never a problem to get an umbrella and chairs (complimentary) and the kids took out the paddleboards (also complimentary) several days. The Publix is about a 5 minute drive and there are several nice eating choices within 5 minutes by car. Stewby's and AJ's were some favorites. Also a shoutout to Fubar's Pizza. We talked to several owners that lived onsite and they advised this property is only about 3 years old. In short, book this property if you are going to the Destin area. You won't be disappointed.
