0 stars if i could room was worse than a motel in Compton staff said “oh we never received any complaints on it before” but i see other reviews with same room! Mold under sink wallpaper ripped up nothing actually cleaned the Indian owner clearly doesn’t even care about keeping up with the property just cares about your money so never would recommend this place to my worst enemy. Even didn’t finish the flooring in one corner. Looked behind tv stand found some small booty shorts gross. Sink leaked toilet never cleaned and the shower omg the jailhouse bathrooms are cleaner than these rooms!

Bedbugs

This place has bedbugs, cracks in walls, and blood stains left on the bed, floors are also filthy, but the receptionist gave me a refund despite them having a rule that they cannot refund after 15 minutes (probably because it takes longer than that to notice the bedbugs). Somebody from the area spoke to me after I left telling me that I should not stay there and that the bedbugs aren’t even the biggest problem they have. Do not stay here

The price for the room was excellent and the location as well. However, they seem to have long-term tenants there as well, so we were located on a downstairs unit, and the people upstairs were just stomping around at all hours of the night. At one point, a fight broke out between two different upstairs units.

The property had not been maintained. The bathroom door would not shut because the commode had been replaced with one of a different size and it wouldn't allow the door to shut. The shower did not look clean. The sheets had a small blood stain. I would not stay there again. It looked nothing like the photos in the advertisement. Part is my fault; the price was cheap. very cheap. Sometimes you get what you pay for

I knew what I was getting into. The property is pretty run-down. The staff does their best, but the place is pretty ancient. But the room was adequate for hanging out during the day. A/C worked great.

Bathroom was recently remodeled nice new elongated bowl but the bathroom door wouldn’t close it hit the comode too tired to complain just went to sleep otherwise quit comfortable no frills hotel

Super dirty hotel, stay away.

The bed was noticeably soiled and infested with bedbugs. The kitchenette was inhabited by numerous cockroaches and the walls were visibly moldy and cracked. We were unable to remain in such unsanitary conditions and requested a refund within a minute. However, the manager on site declined, despite his personal inspection of the room.
A gigantic brown stain on the sheets.
Cracked walls where the cockroaches hid after we entered the room.
