Great relaxing stay at this property. Everything was updated and well decorated and we truly enjoyed the backyard oasis. The property is really like two spaces for the price of one with the downstairs living area. Highly recommend this property!

Felt like home.

We loved our stay here. It is close to everything you need while on vacation. Publix is a few minutes away. The beaches are a short drive in either direction of the property. The back yard, pool area was just delightful. The home photos are exactly what you get... beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. We all slept great every night and woke up ready for our next adventure.

Beautiful Property

The house was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Very comfortable living space. Comfortable beds/bedrooms. We didn’t have any issues. Communication was great. Checkin was easy. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tropical setting

You will not find a property in Iona that has a better tropical feel than this one. We stayed for three weeks and were impressed with every aspect of this home. We have condos on Sanibel that are still being rebuilt and needed a place close by. The location was so close to Sanibel and also to the Sanibel Harbor where our boat is kept. This is truly a hidden gem!

Great house but needs some renter friendly changes...

We absolutely loved this house...the location was so convenient, the backyard was a beautiful oasis, and the vibe of the house was fun, comfortable and homey. But, as a vacation renter there are few improvements that are needed. Two of the bedrooms don't have any blinds on one window. This means there is no privacy at night when the lights are on, and no way to block the sun in the morning. The downstairs suite is fabulous, but there was only one key which could have been easily lost, and made it difficult to keep track of "who had the key". A keypad entry like the one on the upstairs door would be great or at least a second key for back-up.

Spring Stay

The property is accurately described snd has an amazingly well stocked kitchen. The porch and outdoor pool area were great for lounging, reading or just taking a nap. There was plenty of room in the home and the beds were extra comfy. Be aware that the windows have no blinds. That was a little bit of a concern as we did worry others might be able to see in the windows. The only other issue was having only two bathrooms but that is clear on this listing and the bidet in the main bathroom was a nice bonus. Overall a great spring break getaway.
