Waters Edge 202 in Fort Myers

Welcome to Waters Edge a gated community just off Iona Boulevard. Close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel island. Recently updated kitchen has soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter tops and pantry. Well stocked and plenty of space to prepare those gourmet meals. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The two bedrooms have king beds and tv's. Large living area and dining area are very comfortable and cozy.
There is an oversized lanai off the living area with courtyards views and the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon beverage. The community has a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts. There are plenty of walking trails and access to a private marina and beach that overlooks the Caloosahatchee river. There are beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your convenience. You have one under building covered parking spot and one open spot. After 9 pm the entry into the atrium is locked for your security. Application is required with 30 day approval and $100 fee. No pets allowed. The condo does not have an elevator you have to walk up to the 2nd floor. Why wait, book your stay in paradise now!
