Nicely appointed home in sought after, private-gated, Troon managed Colonial Country Club. Completely renovated 2nd floor condominium with a private preserve and lake views. Vaulted ceilings. Open floor plan. Fully appointed home. Conveniently located 20 minutes from RSW airport. Pay as you play golf. Tennis courts, pickle-ball, and bocce, fitness & wellness center, massage, yoga, etc. Three community pools in close proximity of unit. Less than 20 miles to gulf beaches. Seasonal rental for January, February, and March preferred, however shorter stays will be considered (minimum 30 days). $640 membership transfer fee is prepaid to CCC prior to occupancy, and a $150 application fee is payable to the condo association. Colonial Fort Myers Getaway

The property was as advertised; the hosts were amazing, as they bought coffee, some beer, and snacks for us to use when we arrived. The cable TV quit on us twice, and the host spent an hour on the phone with Xfinity to fix the issue. I highly recommend this vrbo.
