The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, spa style tub and private porch with bistro set. Bedroom 2 has a small study area/desk and all 3 bedrooms offer closet space and dressers. The home is fully stocked for all your needs, you just need to go to the store for food and drinks! Large kitchen, coffee bar and full size washer and dryer. Prime location for Las Vegas, Lake Havasu, Kingman, the Grand Canyon and we are just minutes from the Colorado river! Check out the petroglyphs of Grapevine Canyon, the wild burros of Oatman or have fun at a nearby lake! This area has it all!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
