Nice place. Rooms are spacious, nice to have a kitchen and split A/B rooms for big families to spread out. Pool was nice. Was sad that the hot tub was not working. And, not a lot of things for the young kids to do -- eg. a playground apparatus or kids playroom/library area where they could meet other kids. For playground and larger splashpad, we drove over the Flamingo Park each day. We did appreciate the daily activities that the resort did organize, such as a colouring and cotton candy. But that was only for 30-60 mins each day.

Due to the government shutdown, I ended up in this hotel. I can say that, despite being in an annoying situation, I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The staff was very friendly, the room was easy to get to, and they offered a lot. This is somewhere I would definitely stay with my family as they even allow pets on the property.

After my stay, I have bed bugs bites, it's impossible to get shampoo and conditioner, no lotion, internet is unsafe and super weak and slow, i couldn't reach front desk.They just make you wait forever and never reply, this just ruined my vacation.
