Very slim servings. Nearly empty store closed all the time. No machines to buy bottled water or soda, snacks, no room service after about 11pm, very limited dining choices with few menu items. Hot tub had insufficient water level and was dirty. The food I did order was good. Breakfast wait staff was excellent

Easy to get to all of the places we were going to visit. Hotel staff were amazing. We didn't have a frig in our unit and when I called and asked they said not all rooms had them - then they brought one up to us. Only issue we had was the window didn't seal very well and made noises due to the AC and wind. Other than that it was a great place!

We booked a King bed room and also said we would have a late check-in. When we arrived, they told us there were no king bed rooms left. They also said that when you book through Orbitz or Expedia, you aren't actually booking a specific room. I have booked through Orbitz for at least 5 years and have never ever been given a room other than the one I booked. It took the manager an hour or so, but they found2 king rooms for us.

I was trying to take a shower and the water basically quit in the middle of my shower. The same thing happened with the sink when I was brushing my teeth. Then, there was no parking places near our room. The staff was really nice though and it was nicely decorated.

Apparently this hotel is under new management. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before both for work and pleasure and had always enjoyed my stay but now this hotel lacks upkeep, elevators are old and noisy, the buildings need painting, furnishings are old and the drapery are old, dirty and out of style. The room was so musty and unwelcoming. There use to be refrigerator in the deluxe room, 1 wash cloth for double occupancy, I could go on and on. Will never stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in the suite but their was not even a bottle of water in the room nor any utensils if we wanted to eat in, the room service (other than the maintance guys) was below any standard and when I attended on something the front desk stated I was given a procedural lecture and not what I was told a/o promised. There are other hotels in the area and I would think twice of repeating this one The location is excellent to be away from the usual south Florida hectic environment

Main Building, Front Desk, Restaurant and Bar were up to date however the exterior building were outdated and in need of repair. The Ice Machines on all floors were out of service and required that we visit the main building each time our Ice Buckets required filling. After a Rain Storm, the interior of our room encountered Flooding near the entrance and required several towels to resolve the issue. The interior rooms were large and comfortable however the walls were very paper thin and we could hear conversations from next door without intentionally ease dropping. We attempted to notify the Manager on Duty of our concerns with the Ice Machine utilizing the email providing on the Hotel's In Room TV however we did not hear back from the Manager. We did bring these concerns to the Front Desk who directed us to the Bar for Ice and did not provide any further comments. The photos provided by the property do not represent the accurate conditions of the property and we would not stay at this property again for future travel.

I got to hotel they could not find my reservations. I checked into room 1085 there was roach in bathroom and some crawling bugs in room and bathroom. I took pictures of it very disappointing

We were quite disappointed by our stay in this hotel. We had a suite with a kitchen but were shocked to discover the kitchen had absolutely no dishes, utensils or flatware. In other words it was unusable as a practical matter. When I called the front desk to complain they said that was the way it was intended to be. Absurd! My adult children and their 9 month old baby had another suite. Despite having booked it long in advance the crib was not set up when they arrived at 11 o'clock at night. It took an hour for someone to deliver the crib.

Great environment, very tranquil! Perfect for relaxing.

As much as I paid for an Executive Double suite, I arrived to a room overlooking construction and I was told that only ONE parking pass was assigned per room and I received only 2 bath towels, one washcloth and ZERO bathmats to step on as I exit the shower. There were no replenishment supplies like extra toilet paper and tissue. there was only one small shampoo-conditioner tube, one small squared bath soap and one small circular hand soap. I do not like for housekeeping to come every day, plus there is no turn-down service, so I had to call the front desk and go visit the front desk for extra towels and supplies. The elevators were slow to close the doors and move up and down.

But very impressed with the resort. Wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Only suggestion would be to provide more information about the resort features. There wasn't even a flyer on room service in theroom.

The room may be clean but it smell likes mold. It’s 11 pm and the reception is so far away that I just don’t feel like going back.

It is a good beak for after the cruise. The hotel is quiet away from busy traffic.

A little expensive for a quick one-night stay, but nice room and located close to the Cleveland Clinic-Florida

No room service. No amenities. So so.... Flat. If you like to spend the day at the DMV or a nursing home, this is the place to stay.

Overall a perfectly fine place to stay when in the Weston area. Nothing fancy but the price is (usually) right.

We booked a King bed room and also said we would have a late check-in. When we arrived, they told us there were no king bed rooms left. I was trying to take a shower and the water basically quit in the middle of my shower. The same thing happened with the sink when I was brushing my teeth. Then, there was no parking places near our room. The staff was really nice though and it was nicely decorated.

Apparently this hotel is under new management.
