No USB connectors in the room, but rest assured if you brought your laptop from 2002 you can use the rj45 "high speed" connector in the room. Outdated tv, loud air conditioner, and toilet that seems to make gurgling noises when not in use. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfy. the shower is hot, albeit a slippery marble shower floor.

This is my second stay at this hotel primarily due to location and large suites- 1st time was just my husband and I and we were there for a concert and rarely stayed in the room/hotel. However, this time we chose to travel with our 2 children this time (ages 1 and 3) for a weekend getaway. First the bathroom was dirty- we rarely used that bathroom our whole trip. the plumbing was bad - kitchen sink took forever to drain and bathrooms required several flushes. We had to beg for washcloths and were told that they just didn't have any clean ones to give. The kitchen has no utensils, dishes, cups, detergent or even paper towels. We had to buy everything. The pool was freezing cold eventhough it was 96 degrees outside- it was freezing cold our first time at the hotel but we thought it was because we were traveling in April. We were charged $25 per day to rent a crib--I've never paid that much (or anything at all to have a crib during a hotel stay). The air condition system was horrible-the bedroom was hot while the living room was cold. Also, the televisions were old and with static on almost every station-no premium channels (HBO, Showtime etc.)

I have stayed at this resort on numerous occasions and enjoyed. However, on this occasion I had a couple of packages delivered to me (which i picked up from the front desk) and was supprised be informed there was a $10 dollar fee for each delivery ($20 total). I have stayed at many other hotels where I have received and this was the first time I had to pay for having a package delivered. Look out for hidden fees at this location.

Had a bad experience at the bar I told her I didn't like the drink she told me I had to take it and I had to talk with the manager he worked it out

lobby areas are nice clean up to date, buildings that the rooms are in need work.............all the stucko is old and dirty, walkways are cracked and deteriorated, carpet in room needs cleaning, room had kitchenette without any plates or utensils....it's apparent that not much money is being put back into the property

We spent three nights in this hotel. Excellent service from check-in to departure. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and huge bathroom. Common hotel areas are also very well kept and pleasant. Highly recommend it.

Easy acess to Sawgrass and stores and 20 min from the beach, but there is no utensils for kitchen. There is no a simple spoon or one pan.

I came here to attend my cousins wedding. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and professional . I would highly recommend this fine establishment and look forward to another visit here soon.

We were greeted immediately, and all our needs were addressed.

Executive double Positive: central AC and appliances in room were in great working order - room was 500 sq. Ft. Lobby, main pool, etc.were quite nice Negatives: TV was small and old/poor quality, not viewable from one of the beds. Found a couple hairs in one of the towels, possible food stains on quilt. Guest rooms/buildings have some deferred maintenance. Parts of description are inaccurate: There is no room service at all. There are no cable/premium channels (analog broadcast TV only). There was no bathtub in my room. There were 3 restaurants, however only one of them is open for each meal.

We just needed a room for the night and arrived about midnight. The rate was very reasonable. The hotel is a bit spread out. I don't know if it would be a good hotel if you are not able-bodied (although it is very wheelchair accessible). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and done in marble and had a bidet. There weren't a lot of towels but enough for a one night stay. There was no information in the room about the hotel, the amenities, or anything outside the hotel. There wasn't even a guide for the tv channels and the remote guide didn't work. I had to wonder if these typical items had been removed by oversight.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing. The environment was comfortable and inviting.

Friendly and professional staff . Nice hotel with good view

Everything was great at this hotel during my short stay.

The resort was once quite grand, though it has been left to grow old and tired over the last several years. Staff/service is OK but not great, toiletries etc. have gotten cheaper, etc. parkng on a Saturday night is a disaster given parties they run then. Still, it is a nice clean place to sleep if you're staying in the area if you can get a relatively cheap rate. Rooms are sizable, locatin is good, etc.

Only spent one day at the hotel. It needs a renovation. While lobby is OK, our room was seedy; for example, carpet was stained and worn. Outdoors were well landscaped and had interesting water features. Price was reasonable for the level of the hotel.

This resort was once a great property, but has not been maintained well for the last several years and has been downgraded in its level of quality/service as its changed owners several times. The rooms are old and tired, and many of them are loud and have trees blocking the window or a lovely view of a parking lot. Sheets/towels/toilet paper etc. are low quality. Staff is not that well qualified and is sometimes unhelpful/surly. And the $18/day resort fee is egregious. The biggest positive of this hotel is that it is reasonably well located, is reasonably clean, the rooms are spacious, and you can usually find it pretty cheap.

Full kitchen, with not even a pot or pan or even a fork. the mini fridge did not work. The slider to the balcony needed a machine to open the rusted door, not to mention SPIDERS everywhere! If I was staying more than one night I would have left and stayed in a different hotel. Also, the tiki outside, is not even operating. Horrible. The housekeeping even with privacy on the door opened our door 3x in the same morning, once while we were getting dressed.

It was close to our venue for the concert. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel. It is conveniently placed close to things in town.

At check in, first room was the wrong one, had no balcony. Second room was occupied! Back to the desk, I was livid, and Patrizia upgraded us to a king suite, which was very nice. She saved the day! Overall, good stay, but the hotel is very disorganized. I asked to speak to hotel manager with an issue before we got there, never got a call. I had a reservation manager argue with me over their best rate guarantee. Highly unprofessional! Management there needs to learn much about customer service from Patrizia!!!!
