I’ll admit, I was a bit apprehensive about whether your hotel would meet my standards—but to my surprise, it far exceeded my expectations.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an ambiance that felt truly top-notch. Cassandra at the front desk was exceptional—warm, personable, and attentive. She even baked cookies for us to enjoy on our first night, and they were absolutely delicious!
We had several packages delivered to the hotel in advance, and everything was handled seamlessly—they were securely stored and ready for us at check-in.
The hotel’s location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit, and set in a pleasant, welcoming area.
Breakfast each morning was superb, with a wide variety of options. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add waffles to the lineup occasionally—it would be a great touch.
The breakfast team deserves special recognition. They greeted us warmly every morning and served with genuine care and attention to detail. Your staff truly goes above and beyond—I’d give them a standing ovation if I could! 👏👏
Overall, you’ve earned not just my appreciation but my loyalty. We will definitely be back!
