Convevient and clean, amazing staff
We've stayed at this property in the past and were usually pleased. During this visit we had a few issues with the bathroom. The shower/bath water pressure was "acceptable", but the water temperature was luke warm at best!! Additionally, the Shower Gel bottle was missing, and there was no shower bar soap available. None of these items are a deal breaker, but they certainly warrant a downgrade of previous ratings of this property.
The property is undergoing an 16 month total renovation with 12 months completed. It would have been nice to know that before I got there and should have been disclosed in the listing. It probably would have not made a difference but would have been nice to know' Very limited services, particularly breakfast

The room I got was not clean. The toilet was a filthy mess. Like It was not cleaned after the previous guess checked out. There was hair in the tub and in what was suppose to be clean towels. The room had an iron but no ironing board. I originally booked my stay for 5 nights but only stayed 1.
The area is a very quiet, secluded, semi-upscale area. BUT the hotel is under renovation. My room was super dusty. I also killed 3 baby roaches during my stay. I had to keep all of my belongings in my suitcase at all times to try to avoid bringing any visitors home!
The stay was pretty good. The room was clean but the tub had a ring in it and it looked like a bloodstain or rust in the shower. The room was cool but the A.C is kind of loud. We stay a couple of days, unfortunately, housekeeping does not come every day but we were given clean towels and they emptied the garbage. The breakfast was pretty good except the eggs. The eggs were watery but everything else was good. The front desk staff was very professional and kind.
The breakfast was a nice change. Way better than expected, warm and better than good. Great pastries and fresh waffles. Not at all happy with service of hotel rooms. Staff would come in and drop off a soap. No shampoo, dd not even touch the bed. Why even bother to come into the room?
To start with a positive, the hotel was conveniently located to Cleveland Clinic which was the primary purpose of the visit. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of advance communication/advertisement of the covid cleaning policies. Imagine my surprise after the 1st night coming back to a room that wasn't cleaned. Only after calling reception was I informed that they only clean rooms after 4 nights of your stay. Each day they will only empty garbage and swap towels. It's a bummer to vacation and have to make your own bed and clean your bathroom. So my room was WELL used all week until 2 days before I checked out. What annoyed me is that I would have appreciated being given a heads up AT CHECK-IN or via a visible sign in the room! Wasnt cool to learn this after the shock of the 1st experience. But all of that paled in comparison to my room's lack of hot water! The first 3 days I had barely luke warm water. After the second maintenance check, I made it up to warm water (provided that I closed the bathroom door to keep the air-conditioning out). 6 nights/7 days without a hot shower! My sibling who was in another room had hot water, but no internet connection by the way. Suffice it to.say that I will think twice about my choice of stay at the follow-up trip.
The hand towel had hair on it at checki-in but was quickly replaced. When requested the sheets were rough but were quickly changed when requested.
Easy access to laundry. Enjoyed real breakfast choices as opposed to continental beakfast
Staff was bery nice and helpful. The place was clean. Continental breakfast was good.
Location and friendly staff. Checkin was easy and overall clean facilities.
